It's always fun to go into bath& body works and check out all the great scents. My fav is gingham, spray, bath gel, whipped butter cream. It's great for gifts. Wait for some super sales usually during the holidays( Easter, 4th of July, back to school, thanksgiving and Christmas)Check their website. They were selling Gingham body butter for $5! And that's a very hard product to find

I went today to buy room spray. The store itself is so over-perfumed, that there's no way to really tell what the item you're buying smells like. After trying four or five scents that smelled basically the same, because of the aforementioned over-perfumed store, I just grabbed a couple and paid and left. I hope they smell good. The staff were very helpful. That's the only reason I give it two stars.

I've always purchased items from Bath and Bodyworks maybe once or twice a year when they have specific sets available that I like, and I'll stock up on. Recently, a friend of mine, purchased a candle from there and gifted it to me for Christmas. I fell in love with that scent and ever since I've been frequenting this location more often. I love the fact that they now have the app where you can get Rewards based on your purchases. Every time I have gone, I have had a pleasant experience with the employees. There was this one time a few days ago when I went and returned a candle holder that I had just purchased a few days prior to returning it. The associate who helped me was asking if I had my receipt and I did not. I figured since they have a rewards system to keep up with the customers purchases that it should show up there but according to her, it doesn't. She said she wouldn't have given me the full price for what I paid for it without the receipt. Luckily, we were able to find the purchase by using the card I paid for it with. I've never had an issue before or was ever told that before so I was a little thrown off. Instead of getting a different warmer, which was my intention when I walked in, I just had her refund me for it. Again, I have never had any issues with the employees before the other day so I will give them four stars, however, if an employee is unaware of something I'd recommend them ask another employee before telling the customer the wrong thing. In this case, I am unsure if she was correct with what she was telling me or if the lady who helped me a few weeks ago was incorrect because when I took an item back before, I was not scolded like I was when returning the candle holder. Either way, I will be returning to purchase more items in the future.

My Caucasian husband & biracial son went in to buy body sprays and was immediately met with racism. One of the workers, started following them around the store like they were criminals. They sprayed one of the sprays that wasn't a tester. The same lady came to my husband & said we have testers but since you sprayed that onee can you buy it. Seriously, I have worked for Bath and Body Works & this is not the way you treat customers. It's unacceptable period!!! That lady definitely needs ALOT of TRAINING!!!

This is THE place for all your self-care needs. Your trip to Nirvana begins when you cross the threshold. Friendly staff greet you and steer you to the items you are looking for. The displays are colorful and inviting. You can't help but be drawn closer for a better look. The store is bright and clean, encouraging one to stay and "add to cart" a little longer. Although most of the merchandise is aimed at a female customer base, there is a great selection of body care items for men. The presence of male associates helps the men feel more comfortable being in the store. They can help these customers find things for themselves, and pull from their own experience to help them choose the right gift for their womenfolk. If you're looking for a ticket on the "me time" train, skip the grocery store or pharmacy and hop aboard Bath & Body Works--the Nirvana Express!

We were shopping for a throw blanket. Looked at the selection decided on one style we liked. Decided to do some price comparison with Ross across the street. When we were walking out empty handed a gentleman game up and aggressively asked what we were doing. It wasn't like “hey can I help y'all find anything?†It was more of a “what are y'all doing walking out without buying something.†It was my girlfriend and I shopping, she was a little startled by the manner in which the Burlington employee approached us and the tone he used. When we got to our car I look over and he's in the parking lot staring at us. I don't recommend shopping here unless you want to be profiled as a shop lifter for price checking.

We need another steakhouse such as Texas Roadhouse or Italian restaurant carabas or Outback Steakhouse. We get all these little things.
