I came in today looking for a lightweight wheelchair and was shocked at how quickly the staff found exactly what I needed. Had the paperwork ready within just minutes and had me in a new wheelchair and out the door and on my way can’t say enough good things about these folks, thank you very much

Had an interaction with an employee in a marked company vehicle for this business that was incredibly disrespectful. When driving a marked company vehicle for any company you’re representing that company, and this was a poor representation of that company. I hope they treat their customers with more respect than they treat strangers.

These are the nicest, most helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff have been so great at answering all of my questions and concerns, and when I have needed something these guys have rushed it out so quickly it seems like I just got off the phone.If you have a choice do yourself a favor and use Wheelchairs Etc for you medical equipment needs, I promise you will be happy you did.

This place is a literal life saver. My sleep machine went out (just the cord, thank God) Monday night. I hadn’t been to a Dr for my apnea in years so it was going to take weeks to get a script for a new machine. Texas CPAP Supply determined it was the cord and now I’m back in business. Great customer service. If you’re going anywhere else that’s on you!

Wheelchairs, Etc provided us with oxygen tanks and other supplies for over a year. Very kind and patient staff. Went out of their way to make sure we were taken care off.

I don't recommend doing business with this company. The woman in the office was rude and hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. This was the second time that I called, about a week apart, asking why my insurance company was billed, but I hadn't received the supplies yet. It wasn't explained in the beginning that they will bill insurance on the day you need to replace your supplies, but supplies aren't shipped for weeks later. Example: I should have replaced my CPAP filter on the 7th of this month. They billed my insurance on the 7th, but would not ship it until the end of this month. So my machine is working with a dirty filter. The delay in shipping is because they only hire someone part time to do the shipping and are weeks behind. They were very happy to have my business taken elsewhere. Update: One of the things said to me was something to the effect of "Good luck finding a place that will ship you replacements for the day you require it." I found another place, ordered my ResMed CPAP filter replacement and received the package the next day. It was two filters, cost 1/2 as much as Wheelchairs, Etc charged for 2 filters on the original invoice, yet they only gave me 1 filter.

I also got a new Cpap machine from them last year. When going through my claims on my insurance I noted that they had been billed for filters, tubing, face mask, etc. but I had never received them. Called and spoke to them - they stated they were mailed to the "wrong address" but they confirmed both addresses they had listed for me were correct. Still have not received any thing from them and this was from JANUARY. Sent an email this week that if I do not receive items (that I never asked for) that I will file a claim with insurance for fraud. Please do not do business with the people.To your response...sorry I don't believe you had shipped them at all. I have no problem getting orders from Amazon, or anybody else for that matter but suddenly you have issues to the tune of this is the 4th time?Another note - finally received my filters but they are the incorrect size and I can’t use them. So again a major failure.

I have been trying to get a wheelchair for my mother since November. They completely lost the first round of paperwork. I resubmitted the paper work a month later and there is still no wheelchair. They don't follow up when paper work is delayed. They do nothing. When talking to the manager Jared, he would not listen, when I asked to him to be quiet and listen (which he wasn't) he hung up on me. First of all 2 months later...no wheelchair.Most importantly the MANAGER (JARED) hung up on me. No reason, just because I asked him to listen.They obviously do not care about their customers.

I have dealt with several different medical supply companies for my CPAP needs. I have always had problems with getting the correct equipment or seemingly random billing amounts. Out of frustration, I kept on searching for a reliable supply company. I tried Wheelchairs Etc based on a friend's recommendation. They are fantastic! When I call them I actually get to talk to knowledgeable representatives at their location vice a call center located who knows where. They made the ordering process painless. They delivered the CPAP machine to my home and their rep, Shawn, took the time to thoroughly go over my machine operations. He answered all my questions and provided useful recommendations. I highly recommend Wheelchairs Etc.

This company gladly and friendly-like delivered my new cpap and mask last December. I have never received new tubing, filters or a mask from them, or gotten an email or phone call. Unless they correct their actions, this one star stands.

THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH WHEELCHAIRS, ETC. AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW, IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST. IT HAS BEEN A VERY LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE HAD
SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE SAYING IS, "YOU CAN HAVE A RESTAURANT WITH GREAT FOOD, BUT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE IN BUSINESS FOR LONG." ALSO, THE ASSOCIATES HAD VERY INTERESTING INFORMATION REGARDING THEIR EQUIPMENT AND NO HESITATION ABOUT TELLING YOU ALL YOU WANTED TO KNOW. NEW BRAUNFELS HAS ACQUIRED ANOTHER AWESOME REASON TO VISIT THIS QUAINT BEAUTIFUL TOWN.

wheel chairs etc is awesome!! great customer service and responsive to all my needs. i live in san antonio and they came all the way out to our house by sea world and were prompt. even if we move away from san antonio or new braunfels we will continue to use their services. i won't trust any one else to serve our needs. thanks for a great job for caring for alll your customers and veterans like my wife!!
