“I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt the need to write about my experience with these guys because rarely do I get such a pain-free experience like this. First off, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Everyone I talked to throughout my process were absolutely awesome. Steve handled most of the communication and did a fantastic job explaining everything in a manner that was easy to understand but also detailed enough for me to feel comfortable with what I was getting done and what I was paying for. Everyone I talked to were not only helpful but friendly and made this one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vehicle. They go above and beyond without even batting an eye. Thank you guys so much for not only the quality of work you do, but how you go about doing it.

I got a blow out on my travel trailer tire, I called the 337 location and David answered. He was nothing but receptive and helpful in the stressful time. Everyone else looked like they were at work. David looked and had the energy like he was there to help. Anytime I need any tire services I'll be sure to come back and ask for David.”
“Amazing customer service. One of our tires blew out on the highway and we had it towed to the closest Discount Tires. John was absolutely fabulous and honest in guiding us to get the correct tires for our car. He told us we were very lucky as our tires were from 2012 and even though the tread was still good, the tires were done. We ended up needing four new ones. Highly recommend this place if you need new tires. Everyone was very welcoming even though they were extremely busy. Great customer service and you can trust that they will be honest in their recommendations.”
