Made an appointment and still waited 1.5 hrs, just to be told they couldn't help me and I needed to come back the next day. Went back the next day. Still had to wait! They were rude and not helpful at all. Walked next door to First Commercial Bank and it was the complete opposite experience! They were friendly, prompt, and helpful. Save yourself some time and the headache, and don't go to this bank.

A teller just spent 45 minutes telling me to verify my address is correct and press the accept button on the touch screen. We did this repeatedly 20 times until I just gave up and walked out.

VERY FRUSTRATING TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO YOUR ONLYLOCATION AND FIND YOUR ATM IS STILL BROKEN AND HAS BEEN FOR MONTHS! HAVE TO WALK UP TO THE FRONT TO FIND THE OTHER ONE ISNT TAKING DEPOSITS!!!

This lobby, unlike other locations I have been to is still closed to customers. When I called the number posted on the door no-one answered. This is ridiculous. If one location is going to be open then all should be so you know when you google the location closest to you it is open. Or a least answer your phone. Customers and employees alike can be protected with masks and social distancing.

The person in the business section is some kind of foreign female that is totally incompetent, argumentative, and ignorant. She does Not Belong in customer service because she is ignorant of Americans and business procedures. She cannot speak English and has no business dealing with the public.
