I chose Wells Fargo as my first Texas bank since we relocated. It’s been such a pleasure. I started online, then made an appointment. I waited for my appointment for not even 3 minutes. Miss shanna took wonderful care of me explaining everything so completely, everything I understood, she’s quite a professional. So glad we moved to Texas, everyone is so nice❣️?

The staff there do an excellent job. They are very helpful, nice, and professional. It is busy sometimes , but the staff handle it very well.

This is the only branch I will use when I am near home. The bankers at Wells Fargo have all been so nice and, while I haven't been here enough to be known by name, everyone remembers and greets me.Clean environment, swift in-and-out, wonderful bankers, superb service.

This is a great location to whip in and use the atm. The atm machines are often out of cash or won’t accept deposits and the receipts are so light you can’t read the print. Maybe they should be serviced more often.

I showed up to open my sons first account and was told they couldn’t see us because someone had made an appointment. So we made an appointment for 9am another day when they opened and they took another couple anyway and we had to wait again, no explanation or apology. Worst experience at a Wells Fargo I’ve ever had.

Remove ATM from Walmart, and at 46 ATM don't let deposit, on ATM screen said unavailable deposit , and they want charge us for the deposit and u walk in.

I don’t know what this bank being doing this year but they been double charging me almost every single transactions. Overdraft by 100 dollars again. Definitely taking my service to another bank whenever my tax return comes in . This bank have gone downhill. I’ve called the bank recently they can’t do anything about it. My bank is always overdrafting when I put money into it but if I have few dollars in it they won’t overdraft nothing . That’s cause I don’t even have the overdraft program

Bank lobby closed due to fear of Covid! We are being herded to drive-up and lines are 25min long with only two tellers.
