This location is such a mess. Lisa and Kim have both have been rude and unprofessional on a couple of occasions now. I switched here after moving from the Kyle location where they went above and beyond and were professional and helpful. Do yourself a favor and save your sanity and take your business elsewhere.

This location is very convenient for me . It's close to home . I take all my prescriptions here and they are always done in a timely manner. Staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm always greeted when I come the door. Store is mostly dummy stocked with essentials as well.

I just can't believe this this pharmacy. They close at lunch for 1.5 hours so I can't drop off a prescription. Then I make a special trip later to drop the scrip. I'm told it will take about 25 minutes and they will call. As in call out my name. Not phone call or text. I wait and wait. Then a pharmacy worker tells me the scrip has been ready. Doesn't offer to help. I go to the back of a long line. Which isn't moving. I could say even more about their unorganized methodology, but it's not worth anymore of my time

The Pharmacy and staff here are great. They always go out of their way to help. There are a lot of people that use this location. Remember that you are a patient that needs your prescriptions filled. So have PATIENCE when they are filling them. They are super busy.

Appreciate the attentive customer service I had today while attempting to print some photos at this store’s kiosk. When one print wasn’t quite as I hoped, the staff helped with great service!Will return!

Showed up for a vaccination appointment only to be told they didn't have any of the vaccine available. The staff tried to help but generally seemed to be confused and gave lots of conflicting and incorrect information. Ended up booking online with CVS MinuteClinic, which correctly advertised each stores capabilities and was a breeze.

Very bad service, we made an appointment for the covi test and in the email they sent us to confirm the appointment it said they were five minutes before the time we arrived and we had two cars before us and when it was our turn they did not want to serve us according to what the man said from the pharmacy we arrived late we had to be 20 or 30 minutes early and he didn't want to do the test and I think it's not the client's fault if they tell you five minutes you are there at the time they tell you total we wait more than a week for nothing ?

Racist and discriminatory behavior from the pharmacy staff. There is always some" issue" or delay with my medication. They treat African American customers differently as well. I have inquired about "these behaviors" multiple times, but there is never a distinct answer. There is no surprise that their review rating is so low. Please have your staff take some unconscious bias courses or something, because this really gets old. They are in the wrong area with all of the diverse military families for this kind of mess. Also get some new staff because this Walgreens has a horrible reputation.

Why the heck is this place operating on banker hours? 9:00 AM is a ludicrous opening time for a pharmacy, not to mention the 5:00 PM close on Saturday.

I am so done with walgreens. I have had 4 mishaps and this is the last. First the pharmacist refused to fill a medication for a covid diagnosis due to against his morals and 2 didn't even collect the over the counter meds written on the prescription out of common courtesy. Just didn't even attempt. Let me just go inside and get it myself without a mask to share the love

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Kumar. Not familiar with this store, I roamed around searching for items. On his way to break, Kumar observed & stopped what he was doing to personally assist me. Walking with me to locate each item. I said, "walked with me, not point to the general location"! Now that's Customer Service at its best! Thank you for hiring such an awesome employee.

The store is well stocked with all of the personal hygiene products that I could need. Their pharmacy is very popular... Maybe too popular since they get very busy most of the time. The drive-thru is hit -or-miss. My general rule is don't use it if there is already another car at the window. Otherwise, you could end up waiting a long time. The sad thing about Walgreens is that their products are overpriced. Best to wait until things go on sale, which brings the cost down to normal. Also join their club for extra discounts.
