I’ve been here multiple times in the last 20 plus years. The last couple times the line is longer than normal. There are multiple employees stocking the store while customers wait for 5-10 plus mins just to get to the register. Only 1 cashier and 7 customers waiting when I left. You would think the manager is aware that customers keep the lights on and pay the bills.

Jonathan the pharmacist is the worse. He is an elderly man. But there is only one technician breaking her back literally crawling around trying to help and the Pharmacist and other technician on shift that is not Zoila are very unhelpful. Hopefully management reads this because their complaints phone line is a joke. Know that y’all should have another go-getting technician and a much much better Pharmacist that is still just moving like molasses. I’ve been standing here with COVID-19 waiting for my prescription and 0 help from the other 2 on shift here. I appreciate the one person that seems to care about people’s health .

I made an appointment for my husband and myself for vaccinations. As we still sit a hour and a half later! I forgot to mention I’m on oxygen and use a walker to get to the back of the store. I had to sit three times before reaching the back. This won’t happen again! Extremely disappointed.

They literally never have medication in stock. Never. I get the same meds every month and I know I’m not the only one lol and yet ??♀️

The manager needs to learn some basic customer service and problem-solving skills. I placed a same-day photo order. When I went to pick it up, it didn't exist in the system, despite my confirmation email. Instead of offering a solution, the manager didn't know what to do and got snippy with me as if the computer system malfunction was somehow my fault.

The only reason this place does not get 5 stars is that it may take a while to get waited on inside the store. It's evident that the drive through gets priority while the inside patrons need to wait! Other than that, prices are good, and your medications are ready when they tell you that they are. The staff is knowledgeable and can answer your questions. And for those that don't know, if your medications are priced highly, try downloading the Goodrx app. This walgreens does accept it!

Hours for the pharmacy are incorrectly posted online on both the IOS maps app and on the actual Walgreens website. Sent prescriptions for a family member to this location because of their later closing time only to find out they close as the same time as the other locations in town. Employee was very sarcastically helpful by stating their correct hours are posted on the front door and jokingly stating "they really need to change that." This was no joking matter and I will not be coming back.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY!! The worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. My Dr sent in an rx Monday I called they said they never received it. called my Dr. She said she sent and would send it again along with a fax. I get there and the pharmacist said they can not find the correct prescription to release my medicine. I once again call my Dr. who then calls the pharmacy. My dr calls me to tell me they have it and will fill it by end of day. I never got any notifications and when I called they said the prescription my Dr. Sent was not vaild by DEA standards. My dr has been sending in rx for years never had this happen. She called and made sure that they filled it. After they did they tell me it’s suspicious because my Doctor is not in New Braunfels but an hour away. Mind you I only chose this Walgreens because they had my rx in stock. After waiting for 20 minutes they finally gave me my prescription after waiting 3 days.

If you change your hours of operation you should definitely change it online as well instead of just posting a piece of paper on a door I drove all the way across town to pick up an order of Covid test from the pharmacy that states it’s open till 10 o’clock which has closed at six

Probably the most stupidest people I've ever dealt with waited for a hour and I couldn't even get my medicine cause they had it messed up in there system. Don't ever go here to get medicine prescribed! The employees there are literally so d*****

They will not speak with you over the phone. Whenever they get busy, they put up a message ”we're sorry, we're having issues with our phone. We can hear you but you can't hear us, please hang up and call later".Yes....the "issue" with the phone is it keeps making this ringing noise that annoys them.I would believe that there was an issue if this had only happened once. But multiple times over last month is not credible. Any responsible place of business would have quickly gotten a defective phone line fixed.
