“I'm SO happy New Braunfels has a Vitamin Shoppe. I went in today to the new location for an online order I placed. I was greeted with one of the biggest smiles by a gentleman (I didn't get his name) followed by a "hello, welcome in". As he was helping me, the manager walked out and greeted me. Her name is Felicia. I started asking about the smell of the store and how I loved it. She showed me the diffuser and showed me the scent that I was smelling. She also explained the layout of the store and showed me some other items. The attention I received at today's visit exemplified EXCELLENT customer service. I will most definitely return and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice clean place to purchase supplements at a great price, to come here. You won't be disappointed!! 10 out of 10 most definitely recommend!”

“I stopped by this wonderful establishment to pick up some goodies for my dog and witnessed the most beautiful and personal customer service I’ve ever seen. A customer was looking for some help with product selection and explaining their situation and became emotional when doing so, the sweet women behind the counter came around and gave the customer the biggest hug and you could tell it was just what they needed.
