I held a women's conference at The Venue and had a great experience. Dorgan and Rebecca were so attentive to everything we needed. Every time I had a question they would answer the phone or reply right back to my emails right away.The day of the event everything was set up perfectly and Dorgan was there the entire day to make sure we had everything we needed to make the day run smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing.The location is also beautiful! This is a great venue and we will be holding more events here in the future.

Celebrated a 50th birthday party here and the facility was great! The AC worked and the black drapes made us forget we started while the sun was still up. Their kitchen facility was useful for our caterer. There's also a large screen above the stage that was great for the slideshow. We found this gem through Google, and we definitely don't regret it.

Communities In Schools South Central Texas truly appreciates Village Venue allowing us to have our CIS Appreciation Reception at the Village Venue. It was the perfect location. The sound was awesome as we had a panel of alumni speaking and you could hear them perfectly. The staff was so easy to work with -- very accommodating. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. We will be back!

Great venue for a community event! Easy access from highway and ample parking. Staff was really easy to work with. Able to work within my budget and loved that it was all inclusive. Will use again!

My company hosted a large meeting at this venue and we received the best service and the meeting ran smoothly with no hiccups. They had everything prepared for us and all of the IT equipment ran smoothly without issue. This place is highly recommended and we will definitely be using it again for large meetings.
