I was welcomed & greeted by Natanyah. She was absolutely amazing and knew exactly how to help me, she was super sweet & informative. I left there with 3 phones, a super Wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend going here. The other 3 gentleman were also amazing!

I got help from Jason when I needed a new phone a couple weeks ago and he was awesome! However I tried coming in just to look at watches and Aaron was the only one there and was awfully rude.

I came in with phone issue and I worked with Austin Rivera. Austin spent the time troubleshooting the issue with me and ended up fixing my phone. Upon doing so he asked if I wanted to save some money and I said of course. He got into my account and not only lowered my monthly bill, but also got me a new phone! I have never had such a good experience like I did today at a Verizon store. Austin was amazing and I will be coming here for all future Verizon related needs. 10/10

Austin Rivera helped me and my family switch over from T Mobile. We experienced some issues erasing our phones but he spent the time and even stayed after close to make sure we were all taken care of. We will definitely be coming back to this location for anything Verizon related.
