Typically I go to a Corporate Verizon store. After waiting around for a good 30min with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT !! I Decided to take my business to Austin Rivera Floor Lead at Cellular Sales Verizon Authorized Retailer 1659 S Interstate 35 New Braunfels Texas 78130. I was immediately greeted and my business was taken care of in a most cordial professional manner. Even with a few technical issues which can always be expected with technology these days. Austin smoothly and efficiently worked through every resource available to ensure my experience was accommodating and successful. I have found a new place to do my Verizon business and will highly recommend others to visit Austin and his staff for any Verizon needs. Sincerely, Lee M Rodriguez.

Visited today with my friend who was looking to be a new customer. The lone guy working didn’t know their promos, had no interest in finding them, and couldn’t even give us a straight answer on if they took cash or not. He really was no help and didn’t seem even remotely interested in helping us.We decided to try the Verizon store at Creekside and they had us set up in less than 30 min. Try them first.

The representative that worked with me was new apparently (I found out after) and didn't get anything from my old phone transfered to my new phone. I then had to return to the store an extra time bc he forgot to do something. Not pleased with the service I got. Please make sure your rep knows what they are doing!!

We have been looking for Flip phones. Traveling past their building my wife said there's a Verizon sign. I went and asked if they had the flip phones. In less then 20 min. I had 2 phones and was on my way. The Verison Co. store in the Forum didn't seemed to want to be bothered. The Cellular Store at the intersection of FM1044 and I35 frontage Rd. will be getting all of our business.

Quick Update...I was just charged $7 for having the audacity to speak to one of their magnificent (and I use the term loosely) agents. They are the most expensive, and now the most money hungry. Please reconsider other options. This is not so much a review of this particular place, rather a review of Verizon in general. It quite literally is a tale of two companies. Their phone service has always been great (although I think the other providers have caught up). The problem with Verizon is their customer service. You will wait for quite some time (our average was 45 minutes for the off-shore Call Center to respond) to speak to a real person who can't really help you with your problem. I say that because they have repeatedly lied to us regarding changes we asked to have made to our account. For example, we were told that we qualified for the Over 65 plan, only to find out sometime later that there is no Over 65 plan, and we were stuck with $105 in data overages. And the kicker is there were no notes on our account about this, and we were stuck. There were other instances about them playing fast and loose with the truth, such as the time we were told not to pay a particular bill only to be taken to collections a month later. Bottom line, please don't trust anything they tell you. Get it in writing. We had enough and left them. Please be careful.
