Michelle was the absolute best! She helped us with a passport for our 1 y/o. I haven’t many good experiences at this place, but she was super sweet and so patient with us! Thank you so much for making our process go so smooth and well!!

Made an appointment for passport, ran a few minutes late, once I arrived, I was told to wait which I gladly did. The rude staff who is supposed to be the lead, her name is Julianna proceeded to use my time slot to process another passport. After processing the other passport, she now tells me my time has passed and she couldn’t help me. She knew when I arrived and could have helped me if she wanted to. I was standing there the whole time with my 5week old baby. If she knew she had no intentions of helping me, She should have told me that from the get go. I had no problem waiting since I was late, but to completely disregard me and my time is not ok. It is unfortunate that such horrible humans still exist.

For the most part you can walk in and get mailing things accomplished fairly quickly. Passport related things may require an appointment. New Braunfels P.O. rocks!

Staff here especially one lady at the counter is beyond rude. She treats people like dirt and some how because she works at a post office that she is better than everyone else. Nothing will happen though this is a prime example of govt employees. And you lose about 3 out 10 paychecks mailed to me. Amazing how you dont lose bills.

Second time in 3 months my parcel key ends up in someone else box. nothing like waiting an additional week for a neighbor to check their mail and hopefully deliver you package. Post Office offered no help on resolving yet another screw up

Had a package sent to me early April. I called the shipper and they gave me the tracking number. Called usps and was told package undeliverable due to postage due. I never received a slip notifying me of this. Went to pick up package and was told it was at the other location. Went to other location, they said it was at the location I was before. Went back, got the package, no fees were issued. I think the delivery person was just lazy, no respect for usps anymore.

nobody working there on a monday went there twice today still nobody there and a jammed package drop off, tried the other post office in new braunfels and it was locked. The post offices in this town suck

Update: Why does it take 24 hrs to acknowledge a package and scan it, when jt been in your possession all day? Typical postal employees. USPS needs an overhaul. 1st review: Just want to mail a letter & not have to worry about government employees hitting on me, asking me if I want his number.
