“Ease of purchase start to finish. One thing I hate is being hounded while trying to check out a vehicle. Didn’t find any of that here. I was given the keys no hassle for a test drive and at my own pace. The truck I was interested in was clean and presentable. In addition, Chris took the liberty of replacing the radio with a nice touchscreen radio and also added a backup camera based on a quick conversation we had in his lobby. I felt like I was listened to as I didn’t ask him for any of that. I believe I got a good truck for a decent price. A man of integrity for sure. After many closed doors (apparently God said, “Not yet” until December 30, 2025), I finally walked through the right one yesterday—and hallelujah, shalom, I drove off with what was truly meant for me and something I genuinely love. This was my second time back, and the experience sealed it. Daron Esquivel (Sales Coach) and Amber (Sales Consultant) are truly BEYOND, beyond, BEYOND. I’ve never had an experience like this in years at any dealership until today—and trust me, I’ve dealt with plenty thru the year counting up to this day. I started my day at 9:00 AM, in Boerne (Closed Doors), The. Drive back to EchoPark in New Braunfels to try them once again, and i’m glad i did too. They stayed solid the entire time until I finally got my car. They were funny, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. Not even a little.
