Today, I took my daughter to Tiffany for a haircut. Before we arrived, she asked if she could also get her hair washed. Usually, I would say no because she is only 9, but with school starting soon, and her never having experienced it, I thought, why not? Confidence is something she struggles with because, well, some kids can be mean. We went in for a haircut, but the experience Tiffany provided was absolutely priceless. She made my daughter feel beautiful and confident. Tiffany went above and beyond, giving my daughter a smile I had never seen before, and I appreciate it more than she'll ever know.

We recently visited the Ulta store in New Braunfels, and we had an amazing experience! Dominic was incredibly helpful in assisting us with finding the perfect makeup for our daughter. The knowledge & friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable & stress-free. The store had a great selection of products & we left feeling very satisfied with our purchases. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent customer service & a wide variety of beauty products!

Please educate the staff on the return policy. I have gotten different answers from different employees about the return policy.
One employee said I had two months to return an item, one employee said 90 days, another let me make a return after 90 days and receive store credit, another did not let me do this, even though I told them I’ve done this in the past. She said “Sorry no we don’t do that” even though you have?
I’m not a serial return-er or someone who abuses the return policy; i just buy a lot of makeup. But yeah, this is a pattern I’ve noticed over the past couple of years. Please just educate the staff so everybody is on the same page. It’s frustrating getting different treatment from different employees.

I had a haircut the other day at this Ulta and chose to book it over the phone. Upon arriving, I was with a different stylist than I had previously had (no big deal), named Ana. She was the one who booked me on the phone. Immediately upon getting in the chair she began to insult my hair, saying how dead and damaged it was, how horrible my layers were, and going on and on. At this point I was trying not to cry, as she told me over and over how my hair wouldn’t suit the haircut and blah blah blah. Once she started cutting, I realized she was barely cutting anything off. Not even a 1/4 of an inch. So once she dried my hair and showed me the “results” it looked the exact same as my hair before, except the “curtain bangs” she gave me were way higher than I had asked. At this point I was really upset but not wanting to make a scene, so I went to pay. That’s when they informed me that because she had booked me with her, I had to pay significantly more than I had the last time because “she was a higher-tier stylist”, which confused me considering the “lower-tier stylist” I had before was much better than her. Anyways, there are stylists who do a great job, like Hallie my previous stylist, and then there are people like Ana who choose to use this job to bring down others. Would not recommend booking with Ana.

I love Fergie!! She is the best arch expert here!! I love her so much!! She is so funny and makes my day even better every time I see her!!! I love coming to shop and talking to Fergie!! She Always dose an awesome job on my eyebrows!! I won’t be going anywhere else!!! 10/10!!

I can never go in and just get an item or two and leave in a reasonable amount of time…there is always 1 or 2 cashiers and 17 people in line. It always takes forever to get out of there. I’ll just go to target and Sephora and be less frustrated.
