Had the best experience here last week! Got my hair cut by Chelsi. It turned out STUNNING! Best hair cut I’ve had in years! Her talent and experience is incredible! After that decided to walk around and look into buying some makeup. I know basically nothing about what to do or use and felt so lost. Brandi ended up helping me and went above and beyond! She helped me find the best products in my budget without making me feel bad for asking about more reasonable options on some things. I had an event over the weekend and the makeup routine she suggested lasted all day long! Definitely recommend both of these wonderful ladies!

Would not recommend a haircut here. They were running 30 minutes behind and didn't even let me know. So I ended up waiting 20 minutes and leaving. Rude.

I just have to give a BIG shoutout to Jackie! She is the most sweetest and helpful employee!! I was a little nervous walking into Ulta, I am trying to get better at doing my make up and she was so kind to help me find the right shades, answer all my questions, and make sure that I had everything I was looking for without pressuring me to buy more or something I didn’t particularly need. I will definitely keep shopping at this Ulta! Thanks Jackie for helping women feel better about themselves and helping the shopping experience stress free!

Store manager, Whitney, is a rockstar!! Excellent customer service! I placed an order for Door Dash to deliver. Door Dash driver messed it up. Whitney went above and beyond to remedy. Whitney showed impeccable customer service skills!

I recently went here to get my hair done and had an amazing experience! Chelse was doing my hair, and she was so nice and did such a great job. I have been growing my hair out, and I wanted to get a wolf cut. She executed what i was asking perfectly and did a great job of making it work with my hair type too!

I had the best experience at Ulta that I have ever had in my entire life. I love makeup and I love to buy make up, but I’m not the typical person that would go into Ulta. I’m middle aged and normally dressed in shabby jeans and a sweatshirt very little make up just chill you know. Most times I walk around and nobody acknowledges me. Today, KC restored my faith. I asked her for a brand that is not carried at Ulta but instead of just saying, we don’t carry it she gave me several options took me over to over to another brand swabbed me with several different colors and just sat there and talk to me. So after that, I decided I wanted to buy more make up and then she went and helped me find some conditioner for my hair and some sunscreen for my face. Thank you KC. I will be back to see YOU with tons of cruise photos. You’re the best and so beautiful too. GO SEE KC AT ULTA NEW BRAUNFELS!!!!

The salon has great pricing and my color always comes out nice and covers all the grays. There is a wait usually no matter what time you go, but overall a good experience.

Had a hair appointment at Ulta in st lucie west I was so pleased with the results I had the pleasure of having Jake work on my hair he is phenomenal my hair never looked so good if you ever want to look and feel great and have the best hair experience go to Ulta in slw and let Jake work his magic he is absolutely the best!!

Oh my goodness, the customer service at the front desk who goes by Emily at Ulta Beauty, she was super sweet and I would like to go back and buy more items. The reason why I went to Ulta is to buy myself a devacurl shampoo and conditioner plus a defining gel, instead of ordering it.h

I went up to two employees and I asked If they carried a certain product. I was then rudely told that “That is Sephora.” and as i walked away they laughed in my face. I already know Sephora has it but that’s a couple miles away and I just wanted to see if it was here. The rude tone they used as if i was stupid made it an horrible experience.
