Waited 2 months for an appointment and now that the car is all disassembled, the shop can't get the parts. Very frustrating to not have the use of our car for 3 weeks now. Seems like you should order parts in advance, then schedule the repairs. Call me crazy, but your processes appear to be broken.

The repair work was great but customer service and billing was bad. I wouldn’t recommend them. They text estimate 4 days. They only called me after I called them. They told me on a Friday at 5:00 the vehicle would be ready at 5:30. Then the billing was screwed up. It was a mess.

This time my 3 day job took 2 weeks to replace front bumper. Could not wire fog lights, so they sent it to GearStop, who did a good job. but Raped me for 400$ to hook up lights. Customer service is Nonexistent!

Abraham and his crew brought my mom's car back to new and exceeded my expectations! They were very friendly, and even got the work completed sooner than promised! Their bid was lower than their competitors and they did not tack on any unexpected charges. They even searched for parts to help save me money. My mom and I are super pleased with the work they did.
