“Propane 7 days a week” is actually the guy being too busy cleaning a truck to fill two tanks. And being told “yeah that’s only when someone is available, and it’s Sunday so good luck”There is literally a sign on the propane area that says 7 days a week.

I have rented with this location 4 or 5 times over 5 years. The prices are very competitive. The trucks are not always the newest but have never broken down and the air conditioner has always worked. Booking through the website is easy and convenient. We have had some issues with billing but they always have taken care of me, just had to call a few times and discuss. For low cost rentals on large vehicles you can't beat Uhaul. Overall the employees here are down to earth friendly, and in this heat - that is exceptional!

I don't consider myself a frequent user but I have used UHaul a couple of dozen times. I felt sort of forced into having to accept the truck because I had made a reservation and was against a short timeline but the truck was a safety hazard that put my family and I in danger… the windshield was broken from side to side; which made it that if another little rock hits it would have likely chattered. Then it pulled badly to the right which made it somewhat difficult to drive. That truck shouldnt have been assigned to anyone; I am very disappointed.

Quick response to request for trailer. Very helpful and easy pickup. They assisted with hooking trailer to my truck. I have rented uhaul several times and they had all my info so I was in and out in just a few minutes. Drop off after hours was easy as well. Just dropped off trailer then used the very user-friendly app to guide me through the drop off process including a tutorial of how to unhook, etc. Conveniently located on access road off of IH-35

Don’t rent at this location, they will talk to you with so much disrespect. They make it seem like they hate their job and lash out at you, the customer.

Not a good experience. I can't help but feel I was an inconvenience to the guy working here. If you hate your job so much...find a different job.
