I personally love this store. I find the current staff and manager extremely patient and helpful while I wonder aimlessly around the store looking for new and exciting things. Sometimes they have a couple interesting bottles on the allocated shelf. I wish the HQ would let us have more allocated items. They seem to cater more to their wholesale customers.

I want to like this liquor store. The imported wine selection is decent & fairly priced and the folks up front are usually friendly and helpful, but from time to time the price on the shelf tag doesn’t match what’s rung up at the register and the staff seems annoyed when I catch this. They will price match to what’s listed on the tag when I bring it up and it’s usually only a dollar or two off but it’s enough for me to notice the difference and enough for me to notice it’s happened a few times.

I showed up today and was floored by the incredible pricing on their products throughout the store. I made a few selections based on the marked price. When I got to the counter I was greeted nicely. I expressed my pleasure in the sale pricing and was immediately told it was not available it was pricing meant for tomorrow. I declined to make my purchases and was asked if I would be back tomorrow. I said "No" my issue is I'm in your store today and your products are labeled with pricing. If your not going to honor a price then don't put it on your shelves. It's no big deal for me to support someone else for a few dollars more that has integrity.

A shout out to Lisa! I personally don't drink. I would love too but my body doesn't like it. I needed to pick out something for a friend and another fun option for a party. Lisa was so very helpful and patient with me! When it comes to alcohol I'm clueless! She gave me a few ideas and helped educate me on some important details to look for next time. Both items I picked out with her help were big hits! Such good customer service!

Ok place, been there numerous times and have requested more texas made whiskey. (1835, National Republic, etc.) to no avail. Have lost my business. No one seems to care.

There was only one cashier working, so we had to wait in line for a couple minutes. A second cashier comes in, an older lady with short grayish hair, and ignores my mother and I (we were next in line) and proceeds to pull aside & check-out the couple that were LAST in line, effectively cutting in front of us. My mother says “wow, seriously?” And the cashier ignores us and refuses to meet our eye. It was obviously on purpose just because she wanted to chat with them. I don’t know if she knew them or what, but it was very rude customer service.

I've always loved Twin liquors but this store is horrendous. Not helpful poor stock and unfriendly staff.

I went into the store to purchase a few things. The woman that works there who claims to be the manager asked if I needed any help finding anything. I told her what I was looking (chai liqueur) and her response was "personally I think that sounds gross and we don't have it"". I had to tell her that I wasn't interested in her opinion on my choices. When you have a customer in your store looking to spend money, you don't tell them that their choices are gross. I left without buying anything. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of stuff in the store was looking to purchase a bunch of liquor that day for a party. I left without buying anything because she insulted my choices. Honestly I'll never go back to the store. It's a never-ending parade of insults every time I go in there.

Consistently charge more at the register than the price marked on the shelf. Just happened again for a purchase of Balvenie Caribbean Cask scotch - $5 more at the register than price marked on the shelf. Never had this experience at Spec's or Total Wine.

Always a treat compared to rural WV. Missed out on fav DonJulio reposado but settled on Patron aged in sherry cask. Hope it proves it’s worth!

I've never been treated poorly at this store. In fact, there is a young man who has helped me several times with choosing a wine. He's their "wine expert" , and I go back there often because of him. The clerks at check out have never been a problem for me. So, not about masks, not about racism... I just like their wine guy's help!

I can see I am not the only one experiencing poor customer service and I see Twin Liquors is not interested in addressing the problem. I was there today and encountered such a rude employee and that I left without buying anything. Do better Twin Liquors
