*It is such a cute little shop. Moving to this town, I would rather buy local and saw this shop and stopped in.First off, the gal was politely rude. Not even a hello when we walked in. Barley wanted to talk to us.We were the only ones in, and being there, my kid wanted to see if the toys were worth buying. And she wouldn't let my kid see if the toys were worth it. I understand there is a policy, and you have procedures.. but really. I don't think I'll be back here. Wish I didn't have this experience.***Note response for owner. My kid is not rough with any of her toys or other people's items. Sorry you had ill experience before. But not all kids are the same.The gal did not speak to us. I asked her for help. She wouldn't leave her protection barier to show us anything. Yes, she was still polite and put a show on, and yet she still saw my kid playing with some of the toys and said nothing at that time.There are signs stating to not let kids play on EQUIPMENT, nothing about the toys. I'm not going to buy a toy my kid will never play with.You telling me to make a phone call verses leave a review says much about you and your own business.Due to the owner's response, I heavly do not recommend this place and will stay away.I'm glad you are doing well for yourself now. Keep up whatever you're doing.

Very small store with limited parking. Not much of a selection on toddler clothes. They had a few toys and some books. Clothes are still priced high for being used.

I've never heard of an "upscale" consignment store. Seems like an oxymoron to me. I have been to several childrens consignments stores in the past and never been made to feel like I am not good enough to sell or buy clothes...until today. I'm assuming the owner was the one I spoke to and she seemed insulted that I even offered to sell my kids clothes. As she explained their outlandish policies, she didn't say anything outright rude, but her tone and attitude spoke for themselves. The nail in the coffin was the numerous signs on the walls stating that the toys in the store were "FOR SALE ONLY. NOT FOR PLAY". As a mom of a two year old I was scared my daughter would even touch a toy! Let's just say I got out of there fast. Will not be going back.

Today was my first time in this store and it was a fantastic experience! I never rate a store online but I left knowing I had to share my positive experience with others. The owner is a sweet super nice lady! She keeps her store super clean which comforted me tuns considering the times we are living in. And all the consignment merchandise was in exceptional condition at great prices! Will go back as often as my husband will allow it in our baby budget lol ❤️
