I truly can’t say enough good things about Top Notch Truck and Trailer. I have gone to them for a decent amount of truck stuff in the past, and will definitely continue to in the future. The most recent time is 100% what will always keep me coming back to them in the future.
I had a truck build I took to them that I wanted to do a few weeks ago. 6 inch lift kit, tires, wheels, steps etc.
The week I was scheduled to get my work done they let me know everything but one shock came in, and they worked extremely hard to get the shock in time, but it was getting a little close to the project day. Justin did a wonderful job keeping me updated on what was going on, and letting me know alternative options as well. I ended up going with a different lift kit, because I was in a time crunch due to moving. Justin, Callie, and Dave were all fantastic in making sure all the parts got in with the new kit, and that the project didn’t have to be delayed.
Justin kept me updated every day on what was going on and how the work was progressing. Their customer service is top notch, and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Best off-road shop in New Braunfels!

Had the opportunity to get some work done here at this store and all I can say is they were awesome. From the sales people inside to the installers outside. First I took my first work truck to get a Rough Country tri fold bed cover. They gave me options and advice before I bought. Once I noticed how good and knowledgeable they were I took my second work truck to get another pull out bed cover. I’m sold on their services and courteous. Way to go Top Notch. You guys gained a customer for life

If you own a 2021 (or 2019 or newer Dodge Ram Truck) do not have a Top Notch Truck, install a speedo calibration box. I recently learned from countless trips to the Dodge dealership about an ongoing issue with every light in the dash stating "failure and do not stop the truck or, it might not start again" It was the 3rd party box that calibrates the speedo to the size of the larger tire installed by Top Notch that was the issue.
When phoning, they said, "Oh yeah," we don't recommend installing these in trucks after 2019 and also refused to take care of a customer given what they know. If I were the owner, I would have searched my database of customers and followed up with each of the customers to ensure they were not having an issue that was known. Did such a call take place? No! It didn't.
I thought there would be a conversation about how we can take care of the customer given what they know, but I received the standard "We offer a 1-year warranty on the product and labor," and no refund will be issued.
It took me two years and money to figure out it was their box, not the truck, causing my ongoing issues.

I was in a pinch after the new car we bought and *thought* came with a pre-installed hitch, and we were prepping to move across the country within the week. Justin was able to take care of us and get everything ordered and completed within 24-hours. He was very kind, and I am so grateful for his help! Bonus: it was cheaper than any other quote I received. They came recommended to us by a few others, and I’d say those recommendations hold true: I’d come back! Thanks again for everything!
