“Vickie and Steven were so kind and caring, truly amazing customer service! I came in for a frequent issue with my O2 sensor and turned out to be my catalytic converter. Not gonna lie, I did get a little emotional thinking catalytic converters were the kiss of death for cars and especially since this was the first car I ever bought, but Vickie and Steven were so kind and patient and explained everything to me in a way I would understand (no confusing technical jargon!). I may have only been there for about 15 minutes, but will for sure be a returning customer thanks to these two and their kindness.”

I just needed to get my wheel back into round! It should be a tire shop specialty! I narrowed it down to the wheel rim after alignment, new tires and tmps and keeping track of the tire that kept losing air. So I carefully drove to Victor's explained the history and minutes later I drove home. Thinking that this is a temporary remedy, I waited for that darned "low tire" light to turn on again but it hasn't! $30 well spent!”
