UPDATE: 9-4-24. Took my daughter's Honda in around noon. So Disappointed with the interior work! The outside Job was good to me. But, I don't think anything was done other than a super fast vacuum inside. I know the dash was not wiped down, neither was the center console Or the interior door panels. It has aftermarket rubber floor mats and though they look to have been vacuumed they were not wiped down. But, I'm not sure if that's included in the gleam wax service for which I paid. As I was in a hurry and extremely tired, I did not complain to the management. I'm just extremely sad that I even need to do so. ?
Ate lunch next door at the iron horse grill Walmart car was being washed. By the time I was done eating card was ready. Works for me!

I pay for a monthly membership of the ultimate wash. The last three times that I’ve gone my car doesn’t get cleaned very well on the inside. They don’t wipe my dashboard down, or the sides of the car door on the inside. Today I went and they didn’t even vacuum the back seat area! With the ultimate wash you can get an air freshener option and I choose leather. I can’t smell them anymore and they don’t throw away the old ones from the pervious wash. So I think they don’t put new ones in that’s why I can’t smell the scent anymore. Another ‘perk’ for the ultimate wash is a tire shine, today they didn’t shine two of my tires. I’m going to cancel my membership next time since I’m not getting what I pay for. I don’t recommend getting their memberships or anything but the basic wash.

While performing ride share service on Saturday night, a passenger vomited in my car. I explained the issue to Jennifer and was able to take my vehicle in immediately (on a Sunday). The service manager, Josh, assured me they would handle any biohazard, cleanliness and odor issues. It was absolutely done to my satisfaction, beyond expectations. The entire team did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Lane exceeded my expectations at the Wash Tub on Business 35. My car was exceptionally clean after his inspection and he returned my keys coupled with a friendly conversation. In addition, he was observant and attentive as he quickly asked me if I needed anything else when he noticed I got into my car to leave and then got back out to retrieve something from my trunk. I am going to use this location again and hope to get the level of service Lane and his team provided. P. S. I also appreciated the coffee provided to customers while they wait

Excellent, Superb Top Notch!
Hands down the best place ever to get your car washed. Full service, Friendly staff, affordable prices! No need to look elsewhere. Also if you're in to good Mexican food next door is an excellent place to get something to eat. (EL POLLO RICO).

I think they could give a little more effort since there is always something dirty where they didn't clean it and not even wipe it with a cloth.

I paid $209 for a full detail, but initially, the interior of my car was not cleaned properly. I pointed this out to the manager, who was wearing a blue shirt, and she acknowledged that the job was not up to the standard expected for the price paid. They took the car back in for an additional hour of cleaning. I recommend thoroughly checking your vehicle before leaving, as their charges are steep for the level of service initially provided. I will not be returning here. You like to make it right refund it instead of wasting my time with another visit

The staff were very professional from the first person to take your wash preference to the very last one drying your vehicle. The lead staffer at the end of wash definitely paid attention to your vehicle cleanliness to approve or disapprove the wash should be commended for their professionalism. The staff inside (cashier) was very friendly and professional. I was totally impressed and satisfied with my vehicle wash and my experience. Highly recommended ? Definitely will visit again! Thank you for being military friendly ? appreciated! ?

What killed it was Elaine the cashier was rude and was rude to the staff. Need to work on her customer service skill and need to learn how to communicate to her staff properly.

I had given them a 5-star review on Yelp but this last service was painful. My dear mom took my car in for me to get the Super Clean service that I always get. They convinced her to get a package for $249 that my car did NOT need!
What made it worse was that it wasn’t that great of a service. They missed vacuuming between the seats. I would have expected my car to be immaculate and look brand new. I would have been fine with the Super Clean since there was no difference. I spoke to the manager, Victoria, who listened well and was empathetic but said corporate wouldn’t let her do anything more than redo it. I would have rather had my wasted money back.
