When I arrived there were many cars in front of me and I anticipated a long wait. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Christian greeted me with a friendly attitude. He was courteous and made it a pleasant experience from the start. When my car was finished, they had forgotten to put the air freshener in. Justin , without hesitation, and a good attitude, went to the other end of the building to grab the air freshener to place in my vehicle. It is hot out there and these employees are working hard with good attitudes. Great job Wash Tub!

I've been to this location twice. The first time was great. But, the second time (this past Sunday) I had a very disturbing incident happen. I went by the carwash around 12 noon. I gave the keys to the employees and went inside to relax as usual. About 25 minutes later they were done and I headed straight home. The following morning I drove into work and noticed my front license plate was upside down. I was confused by this as I am certain that when I left home for the carwash my plate was right side up. I know this because I can see it in my home security camera system. And when I got home I could see my plate was upside down. The screws were removed on purpose and the plate was tampered with. Nobody else had access to my truck. I called the carwash there in New Braunfels and spoke with the manager. He assured me that his employees would never do such a thing and that his place had cameras all around the place. He promised to look at the cameras and call me back. It's been 2 days and no response. I can only imagine that this was a strange prank and possibly had something to do with my job as a police officer. I hope not but, regardless I want to know the truth. No matter what that might be. My cameras don't lie and I'm sure the answer is on their cameras.

Paid for the ultimate package my car is still dirty inside and out.
The attendant was kind of rude also he didn't let us explain what we want and walked away.

Been using the Wash Tub in New Braunfels Hwy 46. Courteous staff and the washes always leave my vehicles looking good!!

I love The Wash Tub. While they are not inexpensive, they do a complete, thorough job while you wait inside in their comfortable waiting room, or outside on their covered patio. The Wash Tub does have a varied “menu” of services so you can choose how inexpensive or expensive you want to go.

My fiancé used a coupon she had received from
Work. Upon arriving she opted for the $15 upgrade.
We didn’t notice the deficient work until we got back home.
Interior not throughly cleaned or vacuumed.
Some dirt still on the rear hatch.
So definitely not worth the 15$ upgrade! Now if of we would have used just the cupon probability would not have been overly concerned.
So you may not be 100% pleased with the service you receive from this location.

I got the basic and I understand it’s not supposed to be detailed but my car wasn’t vacuumed very well and my car still has many bugs on it.

Have had a membership here for several years and about to cancel. For the first time I did not tip the staff a couple of weeks ago. The staff watched me finish wiping dirt and grime off my truck after going through the carwash and did not offer to help. Retrax is always filthy, head rest on back seat have never been wiped off for several months and I noticed an accumulation of dust dirt and grime under the seats, mud flaps and wheel wells.

1st time coming to this location as I used to go to the Schertz Wash tub location before we moved. I very specifically asked for a detailed cleaning inside. I was told by a manager that their vacuum can only do certain things, which was a complete lie. Your employees can't grab a towel with windex to wash the inside window or the seat? I'm never coming back to this New Braunfels location. They were horrible.

The wash tub on Hwy 46/Westpointe Village in New Braunfels was efficient, so polite, and did an excellent job on my car inside and out!
This will be my only go to car wash. The manager was all about customer service
