We LOVE it here. My daughter now 3 has been here since 6 weeks old. She's thrived and adores her teachers and all the staff. We moved across town and I researched all the places. Nowhere compared.

My son attended The Morgan Center for over 5 years, until his pre-K graduation. The staff there have always been friendly and caring. It made picking up and dropping off easy, knowing that he was in good hands. When there are concerns that they saw, they spoke up and mentioned it immediately. The Morgan Center staff are not just employees at a daycare, they are a caring and loving family that has helped in the sculpting of my son!Thank you for great years we have had and for all that you do for the kiddo's in your care! Keep on doing what you do!

Hands down the best daycare any of my kids have been in. Staff is super friendly and caring. It’s a good feeling as a mom to know your babies are in good hands.

Under no circumstances do I recommend Morgan Center, especially if you have a special needs child!! The staff here does not care about the kids and the director is even worse!! Go anywhere else in NB bc this place is AWFUL.

My daughter never gave me or my family any issues before starting here last year. After a couple weeks she started getting bad habits from the other children because the teacher (occasionally teachers) wouldn’t pay attention. She always got in trouble for hitting other kids or not listening to the teachers. Didn’t make any sense she’s never acted like that. Turns out coming from my child that the other kids would hit her or call her names and they would never get reprimanded or disciplined for it but once she copied the other children she would get in trouble or sent home from school . She’s been in a different school for over two weeks now and the school has no issues with this at all. They have more than one teacher per room so every kid has the attention they need. Great curriculum as well. The Morgan center is good for just daycare and honestly no children under 2 should be taken there. I wouldn’t bring my daughter back mainly because they always fail to tell me what happened throughout the day almost everyday up until Friday and then unload everything what happened throughout the week on Friday. You get what you pay for.

I'll start by saying I once loved this school but because of management I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Over 3 years we experienced some really caring teachers but things took a nasty long drawn out turn when I severely reinjured my back. I informed the Morgan center countless time that many days would start with me not being able to even walk and that i would be arriving late to DAYCARE many mornings due to this . As morning daddy to our 2 girls this was & still is a massive daily challenge. Their first mandate was to have my Daughter there by 11 or not at all. For years that was acceptable to them, but then they expressly mandated if you are not there by 10 to call. That worked about 80% for me and my family. The other 20% of the time I was unable to get there in time and had to cancel my day's jobs... last minute. It was horrible but then they made it worse for me by Informing me that the new policy would be arrive by 10 or NO Care. Wow, this was going to be tough. I pleaded with the school through emails (which I still have) to give my family leniency due to my current handicaps and disabilities. Management took huge offense to me implying that they were not facilitating my physical limitations and they threatened me with expulsion if I dared to keep trying for special treatment. It was absolutely amazing and I'm so incredibly happy that this was all captured and archived via provable emails. Gotta love that. Since my name is in this review I will not get into the specifics of my newfound disabilities but I can say that the MRI proved to be really really bad with little hope of improving short of stem cell therapy. So after being threatened with expulsion and paying for childcare that I couldn't utilize 1/4-1/2 the time, I was forced to look elsewhere. Amazingly 2 spots had just opened up for my children at a daycare down the road, so we toured the facility and left the decision up to our daughter. She decided to give the new school a shot. A few weeks went by and the new school abruptly kicked us out over some medical situations with my daughters, situations they knew of while accepting & enrolling us. So my Daughter gives up her friends to go somewhere that will accept her daddy's disability and then gets kicked out just after full social acceptance. It absolutely wrecked her. We were in a situation now of no childcare, no openings at schools for 20 miles around, no friends, and my disability.. not good. I had to close my company because there was no other option. This disability has been an absolute disaster and how the Morgan center handled it was with mean responses that started that their disability inclusive center ONLY extended to children's disabilities and that i stop begging for special treatment. Like I said, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. My life was tough enough without having to battle for an ounce of never earned compassion from my childcare center. The management's responses to my situation started a huge ball rolling that absolutely wrecked our lives for months. Thus entire heartless debacle has permanently changed my Daughter for the worse and I will NEVER forgive the Morgan center for the heartless part they played in the downfall of my family. Go ahead morgan center, challenge me on this. What I say is true and you know it is. I will not hesitate publish all or our email correspondences if you attempt to call me a liar. There were teachers at the morgan center that I would give high ratings to, but I fear there were others complaining that my late arrival was a disruption. I would give that teacher zero stars. Shame on you for making my disability even more depressing and difficult to deal with. Shame on you for not passing along my daughter's letter with phone # to her friends she had to leave. Remember this morgan center. You didn't make reasonable accomodations for my disability but instead attacked with threats and made it worse. Luckily there isn't enough childcare in New Braunfels for the children

There wasn't an option for 0 stars while still being able to share your experience... My 16 month old daughter started last Monday. Completely healthy and up to date with her shots. By the end of that day, she had a runny nose. Nothing major, right? Kids will be kids and who really expects any daycare facility to be 100% germ free. By the end of the day tuesday there were similar conditions. However, on this occasion I had to ask the teacher for a wipe so that I could clean my daughters running nose as if it was almost illegal since she had been handed over to me in that manner. Fast forward to friday and I received a call that she has a fever. Go figure, she was already infected by day 2. A couple of trips to the urgent care and 1 ER visit later and I've had enough of seeing my child barley eating, talking and walking.Out of respect for the curriculum and faith in the facility I went ahead and came in on the following Monday while my daughter was still home ill just to pay tuition for 2 weeks. Never being informed that change is not given, therefore the $15 extra would be carried into the next 2 week cycle. By the 2nd urgent care visit I called and informed the facility that skylar would not return. About 4 calls later, a couple left messages and still no return call from the director. Now, as I just left to inquire about my return there's no justice. The director who I told would be in was not. The refund I thought was due to me will be lessened due to the fact that I'm only guarenteed money back from the time I called and stated my daughter would not return. So much for being a loyal, decent citizen in today's society and making an effort to come in and pay while my child was still suffering. No credit there! Guess I should have just came in and paid once my daughter got better? Nevertheless, I left being told that the director will be available Monday. All in all, do your research!!! Curriculum is wonderful, but what's that when ur child has to be absent for a week and counting and there is no justice?Communication is the key to success in every type of relationship and the morgan center lacks this in the areas that matter the most; the head of the organization....To be continued!!!

Long waitlist--occasionally due to error. Failure to return calls. Occasional phone disconnection. Disrespectful office manager. Two day notice of an open spot. You have to check in periodically to make sure they haven't forgotten to move your child to the next list once they are in the next age group. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone at times, which is concerning if you ever need to reach someone while your child is there.I was lied to on more than one occasion about dates there would be openings. When I finally got the office manager on the phone, she kept talking over me and became louder and louder until I told her to stop and expressed that I was not being disrespectful to her so I did not appreciate it. I understand that you cannot create a space that is not there. I do expect to have honest, respectful conversations with staff.Bottom line, they made a mistake which delayed placement and then were disrespectful about it. They called a week later on a Thursday to say that they could place the kids with a small discount but they had to be there that Monday. So, after all of that, the only option you gave me was to pay a fee to hold the spot so I could finish out the term at their daycare that was already paid for and give them adequate notice. They are at a daycare ran out of a home and she depends on schedules and payments in advance so she can plan finances for her family.

So happy I moved my twins here; worth the wait on the waiting list. The teachers are amazing, the facility is clean, they have great structure. The curriculum is unlike any other daycare in town.

I would recommend The Morgan Center to any family who needs day care services for their child. I know it is hard because you want to know that your child is in caring hands. Carla and her team are very passionate about what they do! This is a wonderful child care facility. They also have lots of camps for the kids during the summer months as well as 24hour care as well.
