It was nice living both in the lofts and gardens thought the years, it’s just walking distance to my office! However, dealing with the owners completely overweigh staying in the lofts or gardens. You’re better off buying or building a home for the same cost of rent.

I've wanted to live at The Landmark for years, so to say that I finally live here is amazing. It's an older building but don't let that fool you. They have nice amenities and host parties for residents often. When you meet your neighbors you are welcomed to the family with open arms and food. It's an eight minute walk to downtown and you can see the Wursfest grounds from the patio. Overall, one of the nicest places to live in New Braunfels and the staff makes you feel like you're home everytime you walk in the building.

Living at The Landmark has been a great experience. My apartment feels like home and I love being able to walk downtown or to Landa Park. I really enjoy the social events the staff put on and relaxing on the patio next to the river.

Big city living but in New Braunfels. They make freaking cookies. They have a coffee machine, and it makes that fancy coffee you've only heard about. When you walk in the public entrance there is always friendliness and warmth from the staff. The other residents are all really cool too, lots of social activity in the common areas. Coffee trucks in the parking lot, crab king on thursday nights... the list of cool stuff keeps going. I live in the lofts and enjoy the experience very much, my 20 foot ceilings make my work from home co-workers super jealous. I've lived here for four months and I still love riding in that glass elevator through the levels of the powerplant.

I cannot say what a great staff this place has. This was the first place that I visited and came back too. I was welcomed by an amazing ginger haired woman. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The amenities here are amazing along with all the cool gatherings. I moved here all alone for work. Now I feel I have friends.

Positives: A beautiful place to live with mostly great residents. Great location. Negatives: AC will break twice a month. When it rains hard, water will pour not leak but POUR out of the brick walls. Management has zero sympathy for damages this causes. Management is unprofessional, unwilling to do anything that requires work, and will lie to you. Freight elevator is broken once sometimes twice a week. Security doors do NOT lock so anyone can get in. Back door in main building will sometime not let you out so, if a fire were to happened you wouldn't be able to get out. Front gate is broken once a week again, anyone can get in. I have had things stolen from my car because of this. They say they have a courtesy officer, but they actually don't. There have been MULTIPLE SEXUAL HARASSMENT cases to women by multiple male residents. (happened to me too) We have told management and they did NOTHING about it. "We will put a note in his resident chart." Management refused to watch video footage of it because "they didn't want to see that." Man continues to harassment other women at pool and still lives here. I never felt comfortable being alone in the complex. During move out they will charge you large sums of money. Don't let them fool you. The owners must have no clue what is happening here because it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

My wife and I recently moved from NJ and we couldn’t be happier with our garden apartment and the Landmark community. Katelyn and the other ladies from the leasing office were incredibly helpful with making our move a smooth one. Jordan was fantastic in quickly taking care of the few work orders that we requested

Cannot say enough good things about the Landmark!First of all, what's not to love about a well-done restoration and revitalization of a historic building. The LCRA power plant sat empty for as long as I can remember and this renovation and adaptive reuse of the building was just what New Braunfels needed. Classy interiors with great amenities, great neighbors and great RESPONSIVE office staff (including Oliver the cat)! There is very little reason to even want to leave the community, but even when you do, you're close enough to HEB and several restaurants in addition to being right on the Comal River, so you really never actually have to go far.Only minor complaint is the interior drywall is thinner than I'm comfortable nailing holes into and you can hear neighbors' music or movies at times, but it's a fair trade for the sauna, dog park, and convenient location

The Landmark has been a tremendous experience. I’ve been here for over five years, which was initially supposed to be a short-term stay. Landa Park and Comal springs are true gems to the New Braunfels area. The short distance to downtown and the variety of restaurants is a huge plus. The management team here, Megan & Holly, have always been very kind and respectful when I’ve needed something. The maintenance crew is always quick to respond to any issues. Every apartment community should strive to have a staff as personable as they are.

Hello! I don’t know what was better, Halie’s tour and personality or the property itself.tl;dr - Halie is a lovely representative for the Landmark Lofts. The industrial loft-style apartments are reminiscent of the lofts in Brooklyn and Berlin. Great amenities and a relatively short drive to Austin and San Antonio metro areas.Halie - First and foremost, Halie sold the property to me with her palpable enthusiasm. Gave me a thorough tour of the entire property and amenities with genuine southern hospitality. Never felt rushed. Took ample time to answer my many questions, as well as give me local restaurant tips! Overall great impression and a wonderful, bright spokesperson for Landmark Lofts. Thank you!Loft space - Entrance to the main atrium space is impressive. There are two main parts of the property: The retrofitted loft-style and more traditional walk-up apartments surrounding. I was primarily interested in the factory lofts. Large, spacious, industrial, and large sun filled windows. Reminiscent of the lofts in Brooklyn or Berlin. The amenities are impressive (gym, sauna, jacuzzi, common spaces and outdoor deck) ideal for working from home. There are also community events. Halie told me they’d just done a Margarita / Yoga Happy Hour event and 32 people showed up.Both Halie and the Landmark Lofts complemented one another. Halie is a great spokesperson for the property, but the property also speaks for itself. I’d DEFINITELY recommend Landmark Lofts, if you’re looking for a unique living experience within close driving distance to both Austin and San Antonio.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half now, but my boyfriend lived here two years prior. I am so grateful that Megan is the manager. Her leadership and joyous demeanor have completely changed the way the office is run now from the past. If you have any concerns, she is all ears and wants to help. Out of the current staff, I’ve only really interacted with Halie and Megan in the front office, but they are both so personable and kind! Great location & Great community. We try to utilize the amenities as much as possible, too!!! (The delish coffee machine in the office is a plus ?)

Absolutely depressing how they keep this place. Dirty and almost falling apart no maintenance and be carful with your deposit. They will take it all. Do your research before moving forward. Please!Megan, I appreciate the fact you took the time, reached out and make the right thing in regards to my deposit. Thank you.
