My stylist Allison (Allie) was incredible. It was my first time at this salon and she was so welcoming and friendly. She did an amazing job on my hair cut and was very informative with any question I had. She's definitely worth it and worth come back to . The front desk staff was very sweet as well, unfortunately I didn't get their names. I'm extremely impressed.

Visiting family, needed my hairs cut. Rae was awesome. Exceeded expectations. I’m picky and she was more picky than I was. Attention to detail was second to none. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time.

I hate getting my hair cut- I prefer to grow it out with hopes of donating my hair for those who could best utilize it for other reasons, and if I had to get my hair cut, it has to be done by someone who knows what they are doing, well, that individual is: Bridget.
Requested style: I asked for a simple trim, to lighten the weight of my hair. And well? I got more than I asked for- for a reasonably humble price. If you need to ever get your haircuts shaved off or even just a little off the top, Bridget is your girl. No one can style like the foundry salon. Can I talk to Bridget for a quick no I wasn’t sure
Stylist: Bridget- (stylist) is so incredibly amazing! This attention to detail is so spot on, you can’t find many if any stylists that have perfected such a craft as hair styling.

BK was my stylist, LOVE HER! She took my vision and made it happen. We took off length then I came back and did long side bangs. We talked products because I have curly hair that like to throw fits lol she gave some great recommendations. My mom goes here as well and her stylist is PJ. Mom LOVES her! PJ has done a blow out, color and hair cuts for mom over the last year or so. We booked my sister an appointment this summer for a haircut with another stylist. I’m sure she will love it too!

I've been seeing Tiffany for about 2 years now. She is amazing. She is the first person in 20 years to "get" my hair. I always leave it to her and she knows exactly what to recommend for my face. She also cares about the quality and health of my hair and I really appreciate that (recommending healthier options that won't damage the hair such as semi perm color). The products they use are top of the line. The staff are very professional and attentive, offering beverages including coffee or wine.
Tiffany is so fun to talk to that my 2 hours fly by. She has such a positive attitude. I love the atmosphere at The Foundry and I wouldn't trust anyone but Tiffany with my hair!

Veronica is the best. The most stunning haircut and blowout I've ever received. I won't go to anyone else now. She is extremely knowledgeable and it felt so relieving to know the health of your hair is in her hands. Thank you so much Veronica. See you in 12 weeks!

This was my first time at the salon and it was a wonderful experience! Rae was my stylist and she did an excellent job. She asked me plenty of questions about my hair texture and desired style to make sure I got the hair cut I wanted. She explained what she was doing while she was cutting my hair and put my worries about my hair health to rest. There were many aspects to the salon that made me feel like I was getting pampered (as one should feel!) including a neck massage and complimentary drinks. At the end of the visit Rae introduced me to a hair product that worked with my hair texture and fit my lifestyle- something I’ll actually use! I definitely recommend this salon and Rae as a stylist ??

My fiance Tiffany Minney went to this place on April 2nd 2024 at 8:15 am with a stylist of the same named which was Tiffany. First of all even if the stylist was respectful to my future wife her work certainly wasn't. Bangs were uneven and left a few dangling parts and didn't look anything like the reference picture as depicted. The pricing wouldn't be such an issue if wasn't for the poor job and also the fact that it was all done under an hour with no terms of pricing and was left in the dark for most of the stuff when knowing it was our first time there so in regards I felt like my fiance was taken advantage of financially and played as naive with a recommended washing and shampooing when all they wanted was a simple cut. Seeing other girls in the store laughing in the background after the "stylist" was finish was nothing more than a sick joke being played. It's the 2nd of April not the 1st this isn't no April's Fools joke. I thought with so many reviews and a good rating this place would of been a good impression for my significant other with them being new to New Braunfels but now I now this place is snobby and a rip off with the lack of effort and trickery going on. Either be forward with the pricing and get better staff or just be honest and show that you want to bleed these people dry with your prices and faulty skills. Never going again or recommending. Seeing these other 1 star reviews and knowing my experience I'm not surprised.

Expensive as heck.. lady mess up my hair and my hair is NOTHING CLOSE to the picture I even showed her.. I definitely will NOT come back here . So disappointing .. the lady’s even played me like I’m dumb 80$ for just a hair cut for you to mess up on simply do yourself a favor and practice more.
