Store is TRASH! LITERALLY. Dirty, shoes everywhere, and employees are rude!

Cluttered and dirty aisles . Shoes were unmarked and all over the place. Won't catch me there any time soon.

Store is always clean, staff helpful, and majority of the time they have what we need in stock. Unfortunately we have done drive up orders now pretty regularly since 2020 and three times now they have given us bad milk. This most recent time they literally gave us milk that had an expiration date on it that was 3 days expired… needless to say we wont be returning for milk anymore.

Click hit 10:00 and they stopped me and said I had to check out and leave immediately, because they were closed.

Service is good on most occasions and there always enough staff. Selection is great with everything you need. Value is high but the quality of products are good. One of the reasons why I still shop here.

Target in New Braunfels, TxIs always neat and clean. And they always have a lot of cashiers open. You don’t have to wait and wait forever. I like shopping targets.

Had a quick run to the store this morning. Store was so clean. So nice. I was checked out by Mandi at the front registers and she had great customer service. Super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back to this location.

I would stop at this Target going back and forth to my parents a while back (before the NB boom) and it was nice. Now I dread having to go... The staff have always been nice, helpful and courteous. It's the people that shop at this store now; most I have found are rude and disrespectful. The store is often trashed. The women's restroom is in pretty awful shape as well. I wish there was a Target closer, but there isn't. I used to stop at the store over at 1604 and Bandera when I was in that area and that one is amazing in comparison.
