All of these fast food chains time their drive thru staff based on when cars come and go, so to get around that the staff pushes all their customers through just to have them wait somewhere else. Then they get orders wrong, and I would have to park my car and walk inside to get it fixed. STOP TIMING YOUR DRIVE THRU. In an effort to make the system faster, you’ve made your service exponentially worse.

Everything was great. Good hot,quickly served and genuine care from the staff. As always one of my favorite lunch stops.Parking: Plenty. Most businesses in this field do a greater deal of drive thru since the pandemic.

Went through the drive through and had to return everything. Nothing was right. 4 ? tacos add inion. Not hard. There was 7 people working. No could get it right.

Despite our willingness to risk the staff’s safety to pickup an order by foot, our order wasn’t able to be fulfilled due to a SSR issue on their site’s backend due to comms issues with their PCI service; so beware if you want to order via the online portal and avoid driving - for safety reasons.

I ordered online through doordash. I had to place the order twice and still was missing items. The first time I ordered it was missing an entire crave box, so we had to reorder and still pay for another order. We specifically asked for sauce because it was left out of the first delivery order although we had asked the first time as well. Then when the second order came after about another hour after the first hour wait for delivery we were still missing items. This is not the first time that this location has left items out or gotten orders wrong which is very disappointing. During this whole fiasco I had attempted to call the store 5 times, each time nobody picked up.

Heavy set , short middle aged , angry little female needs to be handled by whoever owns this place. She lost this establishment a weekly customer who spends $100s each week for last 2 years straight , and intended on continuing until today. She is unbelievably crass, the entire soda area , ice maker inside as well was gross filthy, I won't waste my time informing you this place sucks avoid at all costs! Or save ur business fire this women , I wasn't the only person she snapped at, nots our fault she failed at life , just dish up tacos plz.

I've been to this taco bell a couple times and like it. The order is always correct, and the staff is friendly. Last time there was a wait in the drive thru, so they gave me some coupons for free tacos which was nice! My only complaint is that the hard shell tacos always seem to be lacking with the toppings. Most of the taco is just shell, with not much lettuce or cheese. Other than that, this place is great!

Taco Bell is always good so I don't want this to be a "hate corporate" thing. BUT... this specific Taco Bell cannot get anything right, on a consistent basis (missing food, order wrong etc) . AND the wait time is out of control every time, just to have the incorrect order. We have regrettably gone here on multiple occasions, and there is always something wrong. Someone in management needs to get control of this place. Please take care of this because everyone loves Taco Bell.
