I can't stress enough the quality of the work the Synlawn Central Texas team did.
1. Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire sales process (he's not a salesman which is even better, he is operations), was exactly as was drawn up and explained. Every detail was specified in the work order.
2. The crew run by Alvaro was top notch. I am extremely picky and an avid golfer so I wanted specific breaks (mainly flat left to right and then up/down hill with breaks). I had them put in a lawn sand bunker... but not a cosmetic one, a challenging bunker. A chipping mat, a rough, and a fringe. All with four hole placements. Every little detail was addressed to include my desire to leave the existing sprinklers and place them in the rough to ensure I could rinse the turf once in a while without lugging a hose around.
3. The final inspection... Alvaro and his squad left nothing behind after 3.5 days. Nothing. His team even went out of their way to put back the original landscaping details just as they found them.
All of this to say, you get what you pay for. What I wanted was not the cheapest in the market but I wanted something very specific and the reviews of their work was exactly as everyone has said.
Phenomenal. Well done!

Everyone with whom I interacted at SYNLawn was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
The entire installation project was well done by Team Deny in 2 work days as promised starting on Friday. I was told by the scheduler that the team would complete the job on Saturday, and I understood Deny to say the same. No one came or called Saturday and since Monday was a holiday, I was expecting Tuesday at best. Deny and his team actually woke me up on Monday!
I am proud of my NEW yard, and I am completely satisfied with the team's performance and the project's cost and financial arrangements - paying through my Home Depot card.

Raquel, Colton and their crew did such an amazing job of putting their artificial truf in my back yard. Raquel kept me constantly informed and the guys were great not only in the application but also in answering all my questions. Could not have asked for better service - highly recommend them.

The team at SYNLawn did a fantastic job installing turf in our backyard! They were in and out within a day and a half and we couldn’t be happier with the product. Huge shout out to Josh and Raquel for the great updates and easy booking process! We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Our new pup loves it!

We recently had SynLawn San Antonio install some of their top-of-the-line artificial turf in our backyard for our dog to use. I have to say that the process start to finish was nothing less than outstanding! Starting with negotiating the purchase with Frank B. our Sales Representative who was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product. Frank went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end product. Prior to installation we were contacted by Raquel from the SynLawn office. Raquel was nothing short of polite, cordial, and so courteous. Overall, the entire sales and installation process was very seamless and the crew that installed the turf was professional and very knowledgeable about their trade. Many thanks to the entire SynLawn Team for a Job Well Done! We are very happy with our decision to go with SynLawn San Antonio!

The experience my family had with SYNLawn has been exceptional from start to finish. The process started with Frank and he was very detailed, patient and his follow up to questions was outstanding. Raquel needs a mention because she tagged team with Frank ensuring the billing went smoothly. To complete this top team we had Jose and his crew do the install and they did a PHENOMENAL job. Overall great experience working with Frank and Raquel from start to finish. Very clear communication throughout the process and the work was done on time and looks amazing. The work crew (team Alvaro) did an amazing job and completed my job earlier than expected. I have done a lot of work with contractors over the years and this was one of the best experiences to date. Synlawn installed our turf by th at a luxury hotel last summer. Really nice job. Earlier in the month we discovered a water leak, and had to cut back the turf to expose enough area to dig. The leak ended up being very deep and a judge mess. Frank helped me out majorly. When I first contacted Frank, he told me the best route and least expensive in our situation. Taking his advice, we cut back the turf and had our plumbers dig and repair the pipe. A large portion of the emergency project was guesstimating timelines. Because of this, I rescheduled with Frank twice to get the timing in line with the project. After the job was completed by Synlawn, one wouldn’t be able to tell there was a hole unless you saw it before the repair.i have great appreciation for the team and will be certain to call for any future projects.
