David and I stopped in to inquire about a 10x10 climate controlled unit. Amanda and Angy are the best! They both are very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us some tips on how to best utilize the space in our unit and explained the insurance policies to us. Great customer service, something that you don't see much of anymore, so it really put our mind at ease. They also do an awesome job at maintaining a clean facility.

I'm a new arrival to New Braunfels and Amanda and Amie got me into the perfect unit I needed! In addition, they helped me tremendously getting oriented to the area even down to local traffic patterns. My registration was quick and efficient. The facilities are immaculate and well laid out for easy access.

I've been storing at this location for about 1 year. Anytime I have a question they are always so helpful or when I needed to upgrade to a bigger storage unit they helped me out. Moving out of state now and will still be renting with them while I get situated. Thanks Amanda for making my storage experience so easy and for being so helpful all this time!

Great place to store items! Very friendly staff and they care and very warm and heartfelt. Under new management! I like how thorough they are. Safe with cameras and have had no issues! I definitely recommend them!
