Would NEVER come here again. The wait was 83 minutes so left and came back with 20 minutes left. Was next in line at 0 minutes and they called the person behind me first. Spoke to the manager and she said it "showed" I wasn't there even though I told her I'd been sitting there for 20 minutes. Waited more minutes and finally went back. I had a coupon for a free MVP cut and the hairdresser called over the same manager who said it was supposed to have a code on it but didn't? I asked her if she was still going to honor it and she rudely said not without a code so I got up and walked out. Pathetic go anywhere but here!

I tried to get a haircut Saturday signed up they said it was an hour late I came back and they said I had to sign up again if anything you'll owe me a free haircut for wasting my time smfh

Completely awesome experience today. Added myself to the line via the web. Arrived, was immediately acknowledged, and seated in less than 5 minutes. Pablo expertly sized up what I needed, and went to work quickly -- turned my mop-top and birds nest beard into something to be proud of.

KASI! I have been seeing Kasi exclusively for over a year now. On my first visit, she asked a lot of questions about preferences and took notes on them for future visits. My first haircut was great, and she’s gotten better and better every time. I’ve seen other reviews about timeliness, but I check in online and arrive at the time listed. I’ve never waited past the time and have even gotten in a little early a few times. Super convenient!
Requested style: Short cut with a 1 guard faded up to 1.5/2 on sides, trim usually an inch of top with scissors, taper the neckline

I just have to say getting a haircut from sports clips is sometimes nerve wrecking but Pablo has done an out standing job. My mid-high fade always looks great. Thanks a bunch for the great haircut

Quick service, even though I didn’t use on line registration. Second hair cut at this location as I visit New Braunfels every winter. Excellent cut! Will be back, even though $24.

My son went in to have a haircut (he’s 8) and he got the MVP package. He called it the “best experience of his life”. lol Hd moved the warm towel on his face and he felt so grown up.

If you can't make appointments by phone, only online, why do they answer the damn phone in the first place? Makes no sense! Can't go online while driving, so I'll just go elsewhere. Not that good there anyway...

Nicki F did an amazing job on my sons hair! We went it to get it fixed from a previous hair cut and we left satisfied. She's great with kids and I would definitely recommend her!

?I WENT TO THIS PLACE TO CUT MY HAIR QUICKLY FOR AN EVENT AND THEY MADE ME HAVE THE WORST TIME WITH A BAD CUT AND THEY STILL ASKED FOR TIP, I HOPE THE OWNER OR THE MANAGER DOES A TEST ON THE GIRLS HE Occupies BEFORE THEY ARE SUED BY A LAWYER ????????????

I thought great clips weren't good, but this place takes the crown! $55 wasted for my son and I. Never again. Going to look for a good hometown barber. This place is terrible.Edit- Sports Clips made a great effort to correct the problem, and we will give them another try.
