A month ago I canceled spectrum asking to be sure I was still canceling within what I paid through so I wouldn’t deal with two internet bills in one month. Was assured I was only to receive another $80 bill because apparently it was actually 3 days into a new billing cycle. Had to pay it because they claimed not to find the call recording but whatever. Anyway when I canceled it the lady on the phone gave me attitude told me that in a month I would be back because everyone comes back. I’m paying $50 a month for 300mb internet from Verizon and getting faster service than when I was paying spectrum $80 for their 1gig internet speed. Needless to say I won’t be back and after my last dealing with spectrum I’ll be advising people against them

has anyone noticed the responses from spectrum on here? same cut and paste response every time. why even bother responding its obvious they could care less. at least offer some solutions to some of these complaints so that the people that are reading your reviews might have some respect that your at least taking some initiative but instead you just leave a repetitive message giving a link to leave feedback when the review itself should be sufficient enough not a good feel for the company and customer service. remember without the customers you wouldn't have a job

Cut my service off 2 days after billing an they charged me for the whole month. Internet would cut out or be down for maintenance an such.

After big increases, two year in a row, finally cut the cable, except for internet. Went with YouTubeTV. We haven’t missed a single thing and have saves $80/month.

I walked in for internet service and got hep right away. They made sure to tell me all the offers they currently have but didn't push me for extra products. Don't let the negative feedback turn you down from this business. They are good.

Terrible customer service experience. 9+ outages within a couple of weeks. Go with AT&T. Faster and way more reliable. Spectrum has always been terrible and overpriced. Not worth the hassle.

Had to return some faulty equipment got fast and friendly service and new equipment but internet is still sluggish and spotty offen , that's why only 4 stars ...

Overall, it was a great experience.I had switched my mobile account to spectrum over the phone and went into the store to get new phones. The phone sales representative wasn't completely clear on the process and when they said I could go into the store that day and get new phones it wasn't exactly accurate.After being on the phone with spectrum for 30 mins and getting news that we would have to wait on our phones, Dylan, our in-store service rep, pulled some strings and my wife and I were able to walk out the door that day with new phones.My suggestion is to go into the store rather than call the spectrum sales number. If possible, ask for Dylan, he was very attentive and helped elevate our situation to get things done.And to boot, he even offered to put on cartoons for my crying daughter: stand up guy.5/5 - will definitely go there again.

Every single time I've ever had a problem, customer service over the phone tells me to go to a store and a-z will happen, then i get to a store and the exact opposite happens.. they sold me a product that doesn't work in my situation, wi-fi with free cell service, so when the wi-fi didn't work, they told me the cell service would be less than $20, then two moths later they upped the charge to $25, and then the next month $50. I should have walked out on my first visit when a lady started yelling "I hate this. I hate the way you treat me. I don't hate you as a person. I hate this company." Anything for a sale.

These people are the falsest people to ever live. Signed me up for a product I straight up did not ask for. Spectrum’s horrendous reputation preceded itself—shame on me for not taking heed!

Didn't get the service took everything back they didn't get it connected but charged my card and all my friends said don't go with spectrum I should have listened
