Walked into this location today and as a employee ask me if I needed help I politely asked if they had any eagle rare witch his response was I know we have some buffalo trace products in the back but my manager would have to answer for you so he gets his manager “Mark” and I ask him before he even answers me he looks me up and down then says NO! Blew my mind away like he profiled me before he even gave me an honest answer I won’t be returning to this location.

I love the specs on I 35 north at New Braunfels! So customer oriented and friendly unlike the specs at Creekside and New Braunfels. Went to the Creekside specs today and they did not have what I wanted so I asked the girl at the checkout counter if she could check in the back. Her excuse to not go check was there was only two of us at the register, it was 10 AM and it was me and one other person in the store, and when she finally went back to check for what I needed, she said she was too short to reach it.35 north behind the Walmart is absolutely amazing and the best customer service ever! Especially Mathew who’s been there forever, and I can say there’s not a high turnover rate at all which speaks a lot for management I will keep going to behind Walmart on I 35 North Frontage Rd. new Braunfels, thank you Mathew!
