Mrs. Dawn did a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair. I've had a hard time finding someone who could cut my hair, but has managed to do just that! The conversation was not awkward and I learn a bit about my hair type and how to condition it. I live in San Antonio, but will make the trip out here to New Braunfels when I need a cut.

I made up my mind to cut off my very, very long hair and get a pixie cut like I had 7 years ago. Evidently, the stylist had no idea what a pixie cut was. What I ended up with is a very short haircut. Not anywhere near what a pixie cut is. I'll never set foot in SmartStyle Hair Salon ever again.
The owner responded and asked me to email them, which I did, but never heard back from them. If I could take back that 1 star and make it a MINUS 5, I would!

Requested style: Asked for an asymmetrical pixie with undercut for my daughter and it turned out awesome! Coren talked my daughter through the whole cut and styling process and gave recommendations on how to care for her hair! We will be back!

I absolutely love my cut! Coren is amazing, listens to what you want, and will touch it up, without getting annoyed, until you have the desired look! I will not go anywhere else!
She's also colored my hair, in the past, and is a master! She can do it all like a boss!

What an amazing place. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Coren, thank you so much for my new me, I was scare because not everyone know how to handle and cut curly hair, and you did amazing. And then the beautiful style you did was the best of the best.
