I put 1 star only because i had to, there's no way they deserve any stars for their smart start service. I took my car there to have a breath interlock installed and my car ran fine for the first day and wouldnt start after that. I got it towed up there to see if they could fix it and the guy looked at it and said yah its more than likely something we did but i dont know how to fix it and told me i would have to take it to a mechanic. The technicians that i spoke with up there were very rude trying to tell me my car probably had underlying issues which is wrong because ive never had an issue with my car starting before they got their grimy hands on it. On top of them messing up my car i had to sit there for almost 4 hours for the install. I do not recommend anyone using this location for anything they are complete jerks and dont know what they are doing. Along with this great review i left them i will be filling a report with the better business bureau.

This shop is the absolute worst to use for Smart Start. Horrible customer service and treatment for monthly calibrations, but you sit in line FOREVER!!!

Excellent service! Made me feel like a person. Got and interlock installed here. Everyone was friendly and made sure I watched my step when entering and leaving the door. Nice waiting room. A little hot in there but manager explained they were having AC issues and apologized for the inconvenience.

Scheduled an appt 2 weeks in advance. I was told it would take 2 hours at the most to install the equipment.When I found out my employer needed me somewhere after the installation and that it was very important to me that the vendor be able to have the equipment installed on time I tried for 2 days prior to my appt to confirm that this would not be a problem. Numerous phone calls and messages were never returned. The day of the appt I arrived an hour early and explained my situation. The guy said that it would take 2-4 hours,but that he should be able to have it done in a couple of hours. I waited patiently until 25 minutes past the time my appt was supposed to start. I explained to the manager/owner I would have to leave. I also conveyed the problems I'd been having communicating with his business. His response was "that's not my problem".

Very informative and helpful. Explained to me in detail how to use the interlock device. The technician knew what he was talking about and was knowledgeable. Very kind and courteous. If you have to have one of these devices installed on your vehicle I would recommend these guys.

Couldn’t install an interlock on my vehicle. Said they didn’t get paid enough to do jags after I already told them my vehicle in the first place. So I had to get it installled on my truck. They called me when my truck was “ready” for pick up but I went in and waited another hour. This place is a joke.

Great and friendly crew they installed my smart start in no time. They had me wait in a cool comfy lounge with a tv. Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly and professional!

So I just took my new 2020 ford into this shop and had the great opportunity to meet Fred. After they did a transfer that took from 10:00 am to 6:15 pm my truck that is brand new now has a air conditioner that no longer works and half of the lights do not come on. Oh and did I mention that the device that was installed in malfunctioning???? When I brought these to Fred attention he said it was not his problem and to take my truck to ford and let them fix the problem. I informed Fred that the truck was brand new and everything worked when I dropped it off only to be told that he was not going to do anything and if I didn't like it that was tough. I mentioned having my attorney getting involved and Fred F. said I was a "DRUNK" who was on probation and not him and to get in my truck and get off his property. This guy was a real piece of work and had a big attitude not just to me but to other Smart Start customers that came through. I asked what kind of training they have and he said they do not go to any type of class but relies on past installers to show the new ones how to do installs. I would STRONGLY encourage bad reviews as well as calls to "Smart Start" if you are treated like this by Fred. Complaints and bad reviews will change his little man attitude! I give these guys a -5 stars at best!!!!!!!!!! What a poor excuse for a business representative.
