These guys never honor the pricing you have on your account. Also went in today and same thing, supposedly the price from their app is not the same brand they have in the store.. Like how does that make any sense! Customer service in general, no help loading up material,. I been buying from site one for years but this store is the worse. I would recommend Bulverde siteone to avoid these issues and for irrigation use university oak in San Antonio. Its an inconvenience that you have to drive out to another town when their service is this bad!

If your gonna buy flagstone from these folks you need to make sure you go and pick out your flagstone, if you order over the phone they will send junk and there’s no return or store credit. I ended up with so many small pieces I couldn’t use. New Braunfels landscape is the better option if looking for stone.

These guys are professionals through and through... Iv recently been zeroscaping my back yard and found these guys were on my way to work. The cost per yard is extremely more cost effective than buying gravel by the bag, and its so quick im in and out in 5-10minutes... they have saved me a small fortune on my project, and i intend to continue to use them for all of my landscaping material needs. The selection they carry is impressive as well and the staff is a well knit team who are helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If you need some dirt or gravel or sand or crushed granite etc etc... check this place out!

They have good products but the Female Manager is very rude to customers. I would recommend you go to another place rather than dealing with her immature self!

Fast and efficient. However I feel I never get the full amount of material once loaded. But don't have a choice now since the own every soil and stone place in the area.. kinda sucks..
