I would love to take a minute and brag about two of the employees there! Madison and Maddison are absolute jewels! I have been driving from Dallas and I’m tired and they gave me the most warm, bubbly, and friendly welcome when I walked in the door; and complemented my dress. The store is pristine and very well kept! I’ve almost never seen a gas station be so clean and well-manicured! It shows that they truly care about their job. Absolutely adorable girls! I can’t wait to see them the next time I’m headed down! Thank y’all for making my day that much better! They deserve a raise!

Work Order# 232-312453 Truck service work order# 312453 I decided to use the app set an ETA for New Braunfels TX location @ 1400. That was for an ETA OF 1700, I was immediately met with no one at the desk both Managers were out front smoking a cigarette talking. As they watched me walk in and did not attempt to help me or acknowledge my presence. That was @ 1644. After about 5-7 minutes I was greeted by the mechanic on duty and checked in. He told me to park in front of Bay 5 and someone would pull me in soon. I was not pulled in until 2030. The tech completed his job with the PM and the coolant hose he was great but the Manager Dom was not. Dom (the manager on duty) lied and said he witnessed the tech torque my oil plug. He made that comment on the paperwork (please se below) I knew that was not true So I asked the tech, and he said he did not watch him do it. So I asked if he would come do so, as he said he Did on the paperwork. Initially he refused (lying) saying he had already watched him torque my oil plug to 59 PSI. Then, not until I began to call the corporate office to complain about the poor service, that he gave in and decided to live up to the (LIE) he put on my paperwork. If he would (LIE) so easily about something so simple. My only question is. How is Dom at New Braunfels, TX TA a Manager in your repair shop? TA you must do better O/O depend on reliable and honest work from your company especially when we are spending upwards of $500 on PM services. I am asking that this issue is immediately resolved and all parties are properly trained to keep O/O, drivers and their equipment safe and on the road not broken down because of (LIES) and laziness.

Stopped here as a bathroom break towards our destination. It is a travel center with several gas pumps. Inside it has showers and laundry for the truckers. The women's bathroom was okay. It had toilet paper and paper towels. It needs to be cleaned up a little. There were many toilets but the floors need to be swept. There were many sinks and a large counter top but the counter needed to be cleaned as it was covered in water. They have fast food for the people that are in the mood for Popeyes or Subway.

Not real busy when I got here with a nail in a tire. 4 hours to get me in a door to fix it. Thankfully I wasn't on the highway waiting on them. Loves needs a store on the north side

On my way to a Church Anniversary in San Antonio, I got a flat tire and had to pull over. I parked at the TA in New Braunfels to put on the spare tire. It was very hot and I admittedly am not very good with cars. One of your employees, Farmer, saw us and came over to change my tire with the spare quick fast and in a hurry. We offered to pay him but he said that he just wanted to help. It is great to know there are still people in this world willing to go above and beyond to help their fellow neighbors. Thank you again Farmer for being such a blessing to me and my wife.

2 am and Had a nail in one of my tires Farmer didn't hesitate to help a out he went as a far as to teach me how to properly patch a tire using a a kit 10/10 experience

I found one of my tires on my semi to be flat, so I took it in for a peek. They looked for the flat for about good 30 minutes, and told me that it was leaking on the side wall, showing me the white chalk circled around it. I should have verified the actual leak, but who doubts "professional" shops like TA. Since I didn't like the price they showed me for a new tire, I told them I would just pay for the diagnostics, and since it holds air, I would take it to my tire guy nearby . When I got to my tire guy, I found 2 ridiculous things: 1. I found 2 lug protector caps sitting on my catwalk, and rest of it, I assume, all over the Interstate. I called to complain and ask if they have them there, and they told me that it was very unlikely that they would forget such thing, and that the manager would get back to me after reviewing the video footage. You guessed it: I never heard from them. 2. When my tire guy looked at the "flat" tire, he told me he couldn't find the hole. He even dismounted it so he could look at the inside. So the "chalked circle" was a cover for their time spent, or a scam to get me to buy a new tire. Yes, I had to pay my tire guy for removing the tire from the rim. So, I paid twice for a tire that was never flat. I am shocked and disappointed that TA would do this to me, and only guess how many other drivers they fxxxed over the years. Would never go there again or another TA.

The truck stops you see are not all bad. I definitely recommend the TA's, Love's and the Pilot's. Especially if there are eats attached to them. Some TA's I know of have the breakfast buffets that are good values and yummy food. They also have things you might want to buy inside the establishment too. The restrooms are always clean. Very cool place to stop at to get gas or food or things. Trust me. Try it out. They might have cheap gas too!

People light their cigarettes while at the pump and people walk into the TA without masks.That includes the tired looking girl working inside.Beware, go there at your own risk.

This place has everything including Popeye's chicken! I gave it three stars because the bathrooms are a little bit dirty. There's plenty of open gas stalls and if your headed south I-35 this place is a winner
