Went there to get a perfume but it out have only the big one than ask for another band and still out. Ask to redeem the Bithday gift also out and told me to redeem it online, I know i can get it online but since I next to the place so I stop by but can't get anything since it all out and the cashier told me to call back on Thursday to see if the item back in stock or not.

This was my first time shopping at the Sephora inside of Kohls. I was in a bit of a hurry trying to find a last minute birthday gift for my fiancé. I knew I wanted to get him cologne but I am not sure what brands are popular among men. A kind Sephora employee (Olinka I believe) assisted me in finding the right scent for my fiancé. She was very upbeat and friendly. Our interaction was a pleasant one. I will be returning to this Sephora!

So, I came into Sephora needing a COMPLETE makeup catalog: brushes, foundation, concealer, setting sprays, makeup holders, lip work, eye shadows....and I was prepared/willing to spend $400+...I walked in, stood near Fenty to see what they have and find a color I've used before. 3 workers and not one came to ask if I needed help or what I was seeking. But one did walk over to "scope the scene," I'm assuming to ensure no stealing.
I will never shop at Sephora again, no matter the city or state. Train your workers better, and if they don't like their jobs, maybe they should find new ones.

Went here for the first time and the staff had to be the rudest unwelcoming which is not normal for Sephora. They made me feel like they didn’t want to help and rush to make judgment of what I came to the store for which was help finding a foundation. Went to Ulta instead and found caring and loving staff that tried multiple foundations in me until I left happy.

Shaniaya at this Sephora was the most helpful person I’ve ever met at a makeup store. She was insanely busy and still so friendly and helpful to everyone there.

I can’t say enough about wonderful it was to have such amazing over the top customer service from super sweet Lily at Sephora this evening. I wasn’t able to go into the store (lots of kiddos) and was trying to remember the name of a fragrance I had tried once before. Lily was kind enough to put spray strips in little baggies and also labeled them for my mom to bring to me! Immediately after smelling them all I knew exactly the one I had been racking my brain over and will be picking up curbside tomorrow. Thank you so much Lily!

Just left Sephora and wanted to leave a positive review in return for the help I had with a certain sales associate.Unfortunately, I did not catch her name. She had mid length brown hair, lashes done, small frame, brown eyes! She color matched me perfect on the first try! Thanks so much for your help! I had dry patches in my smile line & she guided me in the correct direction to fix the issue. Thank you so much for your patience & knowledge! Xoxo

This was almost a one star review,I came into Sephora today to be ignored by two associates the one behind the counter was on her phone and when I said hi she ignored me and let out a sigh she was sitting in a chair, I then seen a lady in the front of the store putting away items I asked her if she was the manager of the store I then proceeded to tell her this is the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to I explained to her nobody talked to me or acknowledged me or made eye contact, I then was upset and not wanting to come back but she insisted to correct it gave my daughter and I great costumer service helped us find what we were looking for and threw in some sample goodies for us we will definitely be returning thank you Corey for taking the time to change our experience and caring about your customers.

Tried to place order online, however couldn’t figure out how to apply my Kohl’s Charge, so I drove to my nearest store & used the kiosk for free delivery, only one flaw no way to figure out if the item I ordered came with a warranty or if I could purchase a warranty.
