I haven't been to a Ross in YEARS, but I have been to quite a few and this is THE cleanest, most organized Ross I've ever been to!

Would have given 0 stars, but you have to give at least 1. I can see why this store has 1 1/2 stars. The customer service here is NIL!!! Came in to browse around and found something i wanted to buy. Came up to the register to pay and there was no one in line. As we came up to the register the cashier just walked away with no explanation and walks over to chat with 3 other women. And those women are just standing around chatting. So we just stood there waiting for her to come back over to ring us up. We waited about 5 min then she comes over and says just a minute before she would ring us up. Finally rang us up. And then just walked away and told me to grab my receipt out of the machine. So rude and didn't even say thank you or here's your receipt she made me grab it from the place the receipt comes out. And then walked away to go chat with the other gals again. She looked like she was being put out by having to ring us up. Will NEVER come back to this store. And to boot the racks of clothes in the store were mostly empty. The place looked a mess. We left and went over to TJ Maxx. Much cleaner store and the cashiers are so much friendlier and smile and say thank you.

This Ross needs more cashiers. Long lines and longer waits to check out. Some of the employees are rude n don’t try to speed up the lines to check out. Lady at dressing room was on her phone the whole time speaking in her native language very loud n oblivious to what was happening around her. Counting clothing to go in dressing room while talking on phone. Clothes is cheap n not fashionable, has lost its appeal. No chairs or benches for husbands or tired elders to sit while waiting for family members to shop. Prices are hiked up n not shopping for less on most items. Household items are good but gone before you know it.
