Honestly, this is the best apartment I ever had. I lived there for 3 years with no complaints. Yes, it’s not the newest modern look apartments but it’s more like a home. For the price, there’s so much space compared to those upgraded studio apartments out there. The location is perfect. It’s close to so many gyms, stores, entertainment, and it’s not in direct traffic. It’s not crowded here and everyone is so polite.Why is this place is a five star… it’s because of Nancy and the maintenance.If there is any issues in the apartment , it’s handled in no time. The property is always properly maintained and clean. Nancy is always there to help and just makes you feel welcomed.If I ever have to move back to New Braunfels, I’d definitely move back here again.

Nice apartment, nice neighbors, great location. But the pool closes at 6pm. I get off work at 6pm. When am I allowed to use the pool? If I can't use it then take the maintenance cost off my rent

I had been a resident in good standing. I moved after my lease was up. When I wanted to return, the mgr Nancy said I had alot collections. That was ludicrous, my rent is always paid so this shouldn't be a deciding factor. My wife who is disabled would of benefited from the apartment size but so be it.

Nancy has been nothing short of incredible since I moved in and even before.I was in an emergency situation of needing an apartment without being able to see it first. Moved from Dallas to New Braunfels and when I got here I had a fantastic apartment waiting on me. The air conditioner broke and Nancy did everything during regular business hours and well after them to get me taken care of. I really really appreciate her and this quite little community.I've only been here two months but it's been a great place to live to date! Love my neighbors and the apartment is HUGE on the inside.Highly recommended!

WE LOVE RIVERSTONE!!! we officially move in this weekend but have had nothing but excellent service from the manager Nancy. She is kind and sweet and you can tell that she wants to help you and your family find a good and safe place to live. She has gone out of her way for us and we truly have enjoyed working with her. We would recommend this place and Nancy’s professional service to anyone. We look forward to living here and making many memories with our daughter. It’s refreshing to know that you are providing a safe and loving place to live for your family and RiverStone and Nancy assist in providing that. She has been our saving grace in this whole moving process and so grateful for her help.

The staff has been very helpful, and I've had only good experiences since living here! They have plenty of community events which are fun for the kids and the adults! What I like is the versatility and understanding in the community. If you want to be social, there are people out in the public areas to say hi to and are very kind, and if you want to be reclusive, no one bothers you! The staff is very informative and always willing to lend a hand!

Trevino's family is happy to live here. Nice place to live. Very good convenience location. Good help support. Quiet place to live. Always feeling safe. Clean and very good maintenance. I like the size of the apartment. They welcome my pets.

I have lived here for a few years now and it wonderful. I'm disabled and so is my brother and we have no problems getting to the car, office,pool grounds ect.. The management is very nice and always here when u meed then and maintenance is super fast if u need it. I love this place

I just signed a lease for my 4th year here. I have been very happy with the management, maintenance, and environment here. It is quiet, I feel safe, repairs are addressed immediately, it is nicely maintained and Nancy in the office is always helpful and friendly. The apartments are older but have been updated and new washers and dryers were put in the laundry room recently. Melani N.

Just moved in May 1 2017. Staff is very friendly. They even left a welcome to your new home basket filled with goodies and a very sweet note card welcoming me to the community. The are pet friendly which is a awesome perk to the community in addition to the swimming pool, Nancy the property manager is super friendly and willing to go over and beyond!! Excellent place to live. :)
