Store was not clean. Towel, sink & table to place your hands on to dry nails was dirty. Nail technician was looking at her phone/watching videos? For the 1st 10 minutes of my manicure. She was very distracted. She was not friendly. But the last straw, and why I will NEVER go back there again, is that she cut my cuticle so badly then ignored when I told her and showed her the blood around my nail, she continued to paint my nails. Blood was coming thru the polish! I should of got up and walked out when she was initially on her phone, she was missing my nail with the tool that pushed back the cuticles at that point. DON'T GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! IM PRAYING MY FINGER DOESN'T GET INFECTED!

I’ve never had to wait and they consistently do a great pedicure for a fair price.

I went in for a pedicure... no one was waiting... the girl took me rt in. I am a Cosmetologist, so I know the steps....she was not very friendly and in a sure fire hurry. I watched as the gentle man was finishing up his client 2 chairs down. He was starting to polish her with shellac.... as she rushed through ,she skipped the lotion and massage and started to polish..... I kept my mouth shut. I asked for a design on my big toes. She acted annoyed... I was annoyed now. I asked how much and they said $35.. I then spoke up and said she gave me no lotion or massage... and it only took her 20mins. All that and I was done faster than the lady getting polished....the girl immediately starting talking In Their language griping to another. I told them this was horrible and I will be going on yelp... and noooo Tip for you. Soooo not worth it. I will Not be back. Deserves nooooo stars

Lindsey M. Ok, where do I start? First of all, let us pray. Lord, Please may you look over this poor mother especially after this hate crime she had to experience. May you give her the strength to make it through the day with these ARTROCIOUS nails Amen. Ok so... it's obviously this was a premeditated attack. The nail tech.... I'm sorry.... CON ARTIST.... knew what she/he was doing. I'm sure this imposter had the BIGGEST Bill Skarsgard Pennywise smile while doing your nails. But, with covid you failed to see that red flag with the mask regulations. This makes me sick. The imposter did not have to do this on Mother's Day. The one day you thought you can relax and put yourself first. But no, now you have one more stressor on your life having to look at this Bubble Tape color nails. Is it really that hard to listen to the client? This con artist really took it back to 2007. Time to reactive your MySpace account and upload a photo with the peace sign duck feet nails and duck lips. I wouldn't be surprised if the nail person would be the first to comment talking about "I OWNZ!" "FIRST COMMENT!" I'm so sick for you girl. This nail person chose violence. This is a smack to the face not only to you, but ALL mothers in the world. I'm not going to let this go. Doug McMillion step up and do something about this. This person is not going to get away with this. I'm looking into lawyers now. Walmart Regal Nail, count your days, see you in court.

I'm giving this branch a 2 for MANY reasons. I went in and no wait time which was nice. Like any salon, I showed pictures and described what I wanted. It seemed as if my request was clear because it was agreed upon by two employees. Let me tell you. Clearly it was ignored! I'm not a boujee/picky person and I respect peoples time. However, this place left me mortified.. (I've been getting my nails done for 13 years. I wasn't so picky considering this is Walmart & I needed quick service.) When she first applied the plastic nail for my full set It fell off do to her applying it to my skin and not my nail bed.... She wouldn't have fixed it until I pointed it out. Next- I asked for almond shape. the lady's facial expressions convinced me she wasn't able to do it. As she kept describing how much better my hands would be and how much cheaper it would be with a basic square..So I went with a square. (Like I said, I didn't care- I needed quick service and the shape was the least of my worries. She wasn't confident and I understand.) However, As she was laying my acrylic, her phone kept ringing and she answers EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I can see the acrylic powder hardening as she's trying to lay it flat while gossiping on the phone. It's lumpy. It's already hard. I'm cringing. I thought it would get better with filing. It did not. As she's filing she's trying to make small talk with me asking me about my kids. I tell her my son is young and she TAKES IT UPON HERSELF TO DULL MY NAILS. She tells me "you need this" as she's filing. I look to see what she was referring to and WOW. she dulls the edges and ends of my nails and says "with square you'll scratch your kids. I make it where you won't scratch them." My nails now look like they've been through 3 weeks of manual labor and It's time for a fill. They are no longer looking crispy crisp fresh... I appreciate her concern but I wished she at least ASKED me what she recommends rather than taking it upon herself to do what she thinks I needed. I'm heartbroken. It gets worse... When asking what color-I POINTED AT THE COLOR I WANTED ON THE PANEL. VERY light pink. (510) Almost white if you view it from afar. I was given Nicki Minaj HOT PINK Barbie playhouse nails as in I'm in 4th grade getting my first pedicure. When I told the lady I didn't want that color, she told me it will change into the color I want when I put it under the Gel Light. Did it? Absolute not. It got darker and more childish. I'm sick at this point. She applys 4 coats of polish telling me it'll get to light pink. I AM OVER IT. After, I'm finished playing Barbie dress up I tell her I want a design (a letter). Her answer? She can't do a design on gel nails because it'll come off when I wash my hands. WHATTT?!? Like I said before, I've been getting my nails done for over a decade. Designs. Colors. Shapes. Etc. I know this women is inexperienced!!!!! Again, I'm not picky and I didn't expect much from Walmart Regal nails. But if you're looking for someone with experience please do not go here. Take your young kids here to start their nail journey if you want to make a quick shopping trip. It's cheap and it'll get a basic manicure done. But for anything else? Go SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'm giving this branch two stars because they were kind and no wait and they tried. FAILED but tried. For those that ask why I didn't speak up more during the process? I did, in a kind way. But again, didn't have high hopes or wanted to be rude and press an issue when it is Walmart. Linked below I'll show what I WANTED vs what I RECEIVED.

I went to get my eyebrows done, and they left bruises on my eyelids from the temperature of the wax and the tugging they did. Went back to talk to them, they left not even 10 minutes after it happened. Horrible service, never will be coming back.
