Poor selection, low inventory, I sent my hubby in w a note that said color gels they sent him home w the wrong redkin color. When I went to return it they said no returns. So Im stuck w so much color! Thats terrible. Plus the front desk mgr is so blah. At least smile-or be polite.

Adrianna Garza is doing a great job managing the store in NB! She has fully stocked the shelves which were never fully stocked before! Always out of a lot of products I needed!!And is so helpful and knows the business! I’ve been a stylist for 28 yrs. & she is one of the best I’ve seen! She knows her products & is very prompt with her service & friendliness!! She,s a Keeper!!

OMG!! Adrianna & Asia are the bomb! Seriously, they help out with anything you need. My orders are always ready to go when i get there. The store is always neat and tidy and 98% of the time they have EVERYTHING IN STOCK! My go to hair store forsure!!!❤️

I went into RDA to pick up an order for my coworker, as soon as I walk in I tell the front desk girl hello , she says nothing and immediately starts scrolling on her phone. She is scrolling for about a minute until she realizes me standing there right in front of her. She then asks very rudely, what she can help me with. I tell her I'm here to pick up an order for the name of my coworker. Without really even looking , she says , we don't have an order for that name . I then call my coworker , and relay that she didn't have an order for her . When I repeated that the order was paid for , she suddenly knew exactly where the order was. I grab the order and walk away ( yes without saying anything) as I'm already super annoyed with her at this point. She then says very sarcastically , " have a great day " . We as licensed professionals spends tons of money in your stores to be treated like that? It takes 2 seconds to say hello , and as a customer I really don't want to be ignored because someone Is scrolling on their phone. I was there today July 28th around 930/945. Please check cameras and see how exactly she was when I walked in . No greetings( hi or what can I help you with ) just scrolling on the phone . It really rattled me as I can't imagine ever treating a client this way . Side note: I spoke with a sweet manager and she informed me that the employee will be spoken with and the issue will be dealt with.

We use this store often. We have a salon in Kyle. The staff is always so helpful. We have been going where for the last 5 years with no problem. They will always have our business.
