The customer service initially was great, however I order the double blt often and this is the first time that I've received multiple sandwiches with only one piece of bacon on it..
I'm at an event and cannot drive back today to get this resolved and the only solution offered was to drive back today by Ryan was to drive back today to get this resolved
I work hard for a living and don't plan on driving all over town to get this resolved
DO BETTER, KNOW WHAT YOUR LINE COOKS ARE SERVING, TRAIN THEM PROPERLY
I'll accept this loss of two sandwiches no big deal, just want to share an honest opinion of a poorly made sandwich and mediocre solutions from the manager

It’s around 7 pm on a Sunday night. I’ve been sick all day wanting to buy a sprite. I step up to the counter and one of the employees, a woman behind the counter with light brown hair, fair skin (didn’t see a name tag), just stared at for a good minute. I saw her unloading cigarettes so I waited to be called up but didn’t see anyone else. She stared me down harder which prompted me to ask “Sorry are you or anyone open/able to check me out?” She said in a smart alec tone “yeah…I already asked you if you’re ready.” I apologized for not hearing and I didn’t make a big deal of it. Better manners need to be instilled into their workers.
I would have given this place 1 star but I do appreciate the vast variety of options for drinks, snacks, etc.

They have very rude employees. They act like the customers don’t matter. All I have to say is if it were not for customers you would not have a paycheck. They really need to train them on being kind and polite to customers.

We came by for breakfast this AM 10/5 9:45AM. The little Hispanic lady that made the breakfast biscuit put absolutely no effort whatsoever into it. Paid .75 per add on for 1 little sliced tomato, a little smear of avocado, and she forgot the cheese. She just didn't care. We have purchased breakfast from this location in the past and it's usually amazing. Absolutely missed the mark on this today and the associate needs to he retrained..the QT on the hill next to the police department provides much better quality than this.

QT has the best iced tea, but this location seems like they never refill theirs. I come here all the time, and more than half the time the tea dispensers are empty. Sloppy employees not checking. ?

We are in this store all the time! Gas prices are competitive, food quality is great, and they have the biggest selection of drinks! This store is always full of families coming in for treats and the staff is very professional and friendly.

Giving it 2 star because it has everything else you'd want at a QT minus the service you'd expect at other QT stations. I notice all the comments here about the wonderful staff seem to be posted years ago. Not sure what happened...

I have to say this place is run like a well-oiled machine. The coffee selection is absolutely amazing. The deli is very efficient but it took me a second to get used to the fact that you order at a kiosk. It was a little confusing that everything is automated and you add mayonnaise and mustard to yourself from a kiosk.All in all they were helping a lot of customers very and it was very impressive.The only thing I would advise them to change or improve is the kiosk for ordering at the deli is right in front of the where people are coming into the store so everyone is always bumping into each other and it's a tight squeeze if someone is ordering at the kiosk.

RicKayla is doing a fantastic job! It was very busy but she kept that line MOVING! Really impressive. I have no doubt an employee with her work ethic would bring even more value higher up in the company.
