Had a great time coming into Puppyland, I am often worried that these stores can be shady. But the manager Devin who greeted me with a smile made me feel so comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. I did not decide on a puppy today as I am waiting for the holidays, but I now feel comfortable with my choice in this store and know where I will be going when the time comes. Thank you so much guys for doing a great join!

UPDATE!!
So when we got the puppy they told us there will be a free training for the dog!!
When i contacted the place no respond at all i emailed them 3 times. Then i called puppy land to understand they said its un online training!! (Should i put the puppy in front of the computer and expect him to learn??) NO!! Its training for us to train the puppy!! Of course that was not discussed at the time of purchase. I consider it fall’s advertising!!
They charged us $75 for a dog food that worth $20-30.
We fall in love with all the puppies!! Demetrius was awesome he helped us a lot to get our dream dog

My family and I lost our puppy a few months ago and we are still grieving, Tony has been wonderful working with us every single time we go. He’s very helpful and you can tell that he loves what he does just by the way he talks about those puppies. Don’t hesitate to ask him for help when looking for your puppy, you won’t regret it. I know he’ll help us find the perfect puppy when we’re ready.

Madison helped me out with a puppy I wanted, she helped me out with every step with talking about the training, the food, and etc. Definitely recommend if you want a puppy.
