Incredible customer service… the managers and employees are very friendly and reasonable. They treat you as a person as opposed to a customer who is a dollar sign… highly recommend to anyone! Best in town!

Had awsome experience.. they were very patient with my hard of hearing elderly mom. The place was very clean with a great selection and pricing wasn't high.. I definitely will be going back and I already told others about it:)

This is a wonderful place to go when you need the money. They have many items on sale at wonderful prices and a great layaway plan. The store manager Sam is an awesome guy to get to know. I have known him for years. Please stop by and check it out.

Sam & his team made life easier! I needed to get $150 short term and they made the process quick & painless. I chose Pronto Pawn because of their Yelp rating. I didn't have much time to waste and was finished with my transaction in less than 15 minutes. I'll be back to shop next time! Thank You Sam!

Went in earlier today and had a mixed experience. Jennifer was amazing and very helpful but the older man she worked with was very rude and talked ugly to her because he was trying to short me. Sold them a Nintendo switch and he offered me 60 after he lied and said they sell them staring a 139 even though they are clearly on display at over 300. After being called out on his lie he got really rude with Jennifer and she just took it on the chin. After he seen I wasn't liking his attitude he wanted to be friendly and strike conversation. Be very careful going though. The way he lies to his customers face and gets an attitude after being corrected is not the way anyone should do business. If my son wasn't there I would have spoken up. Jennifer is an angel but stay away from that lying grouch

I love popping into local pawn shops to see what kind of guitars, jewelry, firearms, and electronics they have. This place has it all and for great prices! The prices at Pronto are half what they are at any other shop in town. Any the service is honest and super friendly. We sat and talked to the two men working there, one may have been the owner, for probably 20 minutes. They were so kind and easy to chat with. Highly recommend stopping in to Pronto Pawn and giving them your business. Also, there's a Guild and Taylor on the wall for such great prices. Someone needs to go snag them if only to keep me from spending all my money!!
