“I love 10 Min Pharmacy! It's got that old school vibe w no automated system. You're talking to real people when you call in and, if they don't have to order your meds, it's refilled in 10 mins. My dad is elderly and I love that I can rely on them to take care of him. He's not tech savvy and they call him to let him know his meds are ready to pick up. If there's a hiccup on a medication, it's never bc they dropped the ball but on your doctor's office. If I didn't work at HEB, my prescriptions would come here, as well.”

“I drive past 2 other HEBs to go to this one. I love that it isn't a super HEB...if I miss something on my list, I don't have to walk a mile to backtrack across the store. The staff is helpful and friendly. The produce is fresh. The pharmacy is quick and helpful.”
“I have not had a bad experience with this pharmacy. If anything they go above and beyond to make sure you get your prescription(s) promptly. They can mail them out to you if you can't pick them up, they can also put them in a handy container that organizes them for you so you don't forget to take your meds and it helps you keep your meds protected from being lost or stolen. Ethan, has been great. He's fairly new pharmacist but he is amazing and Genoa should be grateful to have him on their staff. He's patient with all of the patients that come by to pick up medication, and not all are so understanding. But, he makes sure they leave calm and understanding why certain
medication has to be picked up at a specific time, not any earlier. I appreciate his patience when not too many people would have handled the lengthy misunderstanding about specific meds. Anyway, the staff is especially wonderful. They are always kind and welcoming. Willing to help, and knowledgeable, and I not there are not afraid to ask for the answer. They work hard to get my medications ready and they call me to ask if I need my refills, like said amazing pharmacy. Costs are within my low-income range. There nothing bad to say.”

“I wanted to leave a review for this particular location. The pharmacy is super efficient and well run. The Girls in the pharmacy went above and beyond their job duties a few days ago. I was having issues filling a prescription at H‑E‑B on fm 306. I had to call the urgent care to have them send it over to the CVS instead. I was quite emotional as my daughter had been very sick and I'm 7 months pregnant. Over the phone the sweet girl reassured they would have everything done as quickly as possible. They had it filled within 5 mins of my arrival. And they even made sure to make me laugh and smile on a day filled with tears. I wanted to let them know they made a dark day for me very bright. I have a receipt at home with one of the ladies names but didn't get to get the other girls name. Hoping their manager sees this! I will update when I get home.”

“This is a great pharmacy! It is a family-owned business, and certainly has that feeling. When one of my prescriptions was a little too pricey, they offered a generic which worked just as well. Then I mistakenly ordered extra medication when actually I didn't need it, and they worked with me to resolve the problem. They truly have a personal touch, and that sets them apart.”

“Always easy to work with. They worked with me to get a medication compounded that I had a hard time getting. The other “available” meds didn’t work very well for me. The compound has always been consistent. I don’t know what I would do w/o it. They made it very easy for me over the last several years.”
“It was a great experience to go to Walgreens on Thanksgiving day to buy Thanksgiving essential items and to find it open plus to find our essential Thanksgiving items available. I do feel bad that the staff were there that morning :/ and I guess people like me are the problem but if the employees actually want to be there .. why not? Plus extra pay for them right? So I purchased ice cream, whip cream and white wine. Smooth transaction and everyone happy. They do have a new rewards system which I find odd because they are already had one in place but okay. Walgreens has anything you may need on the go, from over the counter meds, frames, gifts, beauty items, office items, some home fridge essentials, greeting cards, etc.. its quite something. I love it!”

“The only reason this place does not get 5 stars is that it may take a while to get waited on inside the store. It's evident that the drive through gets priority while the inside patrons need to wait! Other than that, prices are good, and your medications are ready when they tell you that they are. The staff is knowledgeable and can answer your questions. And for those that don't know, if your medications are priced highly, try downloading the Goodrx app. This walgreens does accept it!”
