“I love 10 Min Pharmacy! It's got that old school vibe w no automated system. You're talking to real people when you call in and, if they don't have to order your meds, it's refilled in 10 mins. My dad is elderly and I love that I can rely on them to take care of him. He's not tech savvy and they call him to let him know his meds are ready to pick up. If there's a hiccup on a medication, it's never bc they dropped the ball but on your doctor's office. If I didn't work at HEB, my prescriptions would come here, as well.”
“Always really pleased with the staff and policies at H-E-B pharmacy on 46. They take their time giving you information, help find the best prices for medication and are always extremely informative. Extra kudos to Robbie, Jason and Gina as they are always on top of things and informative. The best customer service.”
“Always easy to work with. They worked with me to get a medication compounded that I had a hard time getting. The other “available” meds didn’t work very well for me. The compound has always been consistent. I don’t know what I would do w/o it. They made it very easy for me over the last several years.”
“I have not had a bad experience with this pharmacy. If anything they go above and beyond to make sure you get your prescription(s) promptly. They can mail them out to you if you can't pick them up, they can also put them in a handy container that organizes them for you so you don't forget to take your meds and it helps you keep your meds protected from being lost or stolen. Ethan, has been great. He's fairly new pharmacist but he is amazing and Genoa should be grateful to have him on their staff. He's patient with all of the patients that come by to pick up medication, and not all are so understanding. But, he makes sure they leave calm and understanding why certain
medication has to be picked up at a specific time, not any earlier. I appreciate his patience when not too many people would have handled the lengthy misunderstanding about specific meds. Anyway, the staff is especially wonderful. They are always kind and welcoming. Willing to help, and knowledgeable, and I not there are not afraid to ask for the answer. They work hard to get my medications ready and they call me to ask if I need my refills, like said amazing pharmacy. Costs are within my low-income range. There nothing bad to say.”
“Fast, friendly service. The staff behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable and qualified to give advice. I was over the moon when they suggested a generic equivalent which ended up saving me quite a sizeable amount of cash. Thank you Walmart!!!”

“I wanted to leave a review for this particular location. The pharmacy is super efficient and well run. The Girls in the pharmacy went above and beyond their job duties a few days ago. I was having issues filling a prescription at H‑E‑B on fm 306. I had to call the urgent care to have them send it over to the CVS instead. I was quite emotional as my daughter had been very sick and I'm 7 months pregnant. Over the phone the sweet girl reassured they would have everything done as quickly as possible. They had it filled within 5 mins of my arrival. And they even made sure to make me laugh and smile on a day filled with tears. I wanted to let them know they made a dark day for me very bright. I have a receipt at home with one of the ladies names but didn't get to get the other girls name. Hoping their manager sees this! I will update when I get home.”
“This is a great pharmacy! It is a family-owned business, and certainly has that feeling. When one of my prescriptions was a little too pricey, they offered a generic which worked just as well. Then I mistakenly ordered extra medication when actually I didn't need it, and they worked with me to resolve the problem. They truly have a personal touch, and that sets them apart.”

If you have any questions, they have no problem taking care of the question and if a request about prescription changes. So glad I changed to them.”
“Went here to have some photos pictures printed at the photo center. The young lady at the register came over to help and walked me through it all, she was professional, respectful and a joy to work with. Highly recommend.

“It was a great experience to go to Walgreens on Thanksgiving day to buy Thanksgiving essential items and to find it open plus to find our essential Thanksgiving items available. I do feel bad that the staff were there that morning :/ and I guess people like me are the problem but if the employees actually want to be there .. why not? Plus extra pay for them right? So I purchased ice cream, whip cream and white wine. Smooth transaction and everyone happy. They do have a new rewards system which I find odd because they are already had one in place but okay. Walgreens has anything you may need on the go, from over the counter meds, frames, gifts, beauty items, office items, some home fridge essentials, greeting cards, etc.. its quite something. I love it!”
“Left on break to pick up my prescription that was supposed to be ready this morning. I called to make sure it was ready since i had 30 minutes on break. They said the date was entered wrong but the prescription was not ready, however they were able to fix it and have it ready by the time I got there. Made it back to work with 1 minute to spair. Thank you for getting that fixed and ready on short notice i appreciate you for rushing it so I was not late getting back to work!”
“HEB on Walnut St, New Braunfels is always busy but they are very receptive to questions and quick to fill new prescriptions. If a doctor orders a new prescription that requires timely attention, they have it filled in 30-40 minutes. Since I live 25 minutes from there, it saves me a 2nd trip back to the store, and if you are really feeling bad, that is so important. Their employees are always cheerful and pleasant to deal with. “This location is very convenient for me . It's close to home . I take all my prescriptions here and they are always done in a timely manner. Staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm always greeted when I come the door. Store is mostly dummy stocked with essentials as well.”
“This Walgreens is the pharmacy I use most often. The pharmacy has a drive up window and a full service counter inside the store. They offer various vaccinations, including flu, RSV, COVID-19 and others. The staff has always been very polite and helpful.”

“This place has completely turned around! I was about to change pharmacies when finally there was a complete staff turnover. The new staff is amazing!! They actually answer the phones (!!), they are kind and helpful, and fill prescriptions quickly!! I cannot say enough good things about them. If you haven’t tried them recently, give them another shot… you won’t be disappointed!”

“Twice, this location has gone above and beyond for the people in line with me and for me. Like every other pharmacy they are swamped with people asking about the Covid injection and now the repercussions of Snovid. Without me asking, the CVS technician told me that I could save $100 on my prescription if I went to "such and such" pharmacy in town. Pretty dang nice and virtually unheard of in this day and time. Thank you CVS!”

“The only reason this place does not get 5 stars is that it may take a while to get waited on inside the store. It's evident that the drive through gets priority while the inside patrons need to wait! Other than that, prices are good, and your medications are ready when they tell you that they are. The staff is knowledgeable and can answer your questions. And for those that don't know, if your medications are priced highly, try downloading the Goodrx app. This walgreens does accept it!”

“Love the flowers here! Always a new and different type of creation to be drawn to. Could improve on not having dying hydrangeas in their arrangements but other than that, they are wonderful. Love all the potted plants to buy from outside. The ones that say they are Texas Native, rarely are. Try not to be disappointed with that. Like any HEB, it has too many angry kids working next to truly happy kids. Parking lot seems like an after thought. Great location until you leave. I actually drive across town to the plus bc of the parking here. But all HEB s are pretty nice in town.”
