“I reviewed the first time i went to this location but they definitely deserve an update. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Lisa and the rest of the team at the New Braunfels PPG are ROCKSTARS!!! Lisa made sure to stock the paint i use which has proven difficult for other locations. The vibe there is upbeat and friendly, and it truly shows that they take pride in their work. Not to put anyone else on blast but not the same vibe at the other 2 locations I have to drive a little out of my way but it is totally worth the effort. I hope the corporate office sees what they are doing and appreciates them. Lisa is just all around awesome she remembered me after only one visit made sure i wasnt completely satisfied and another worker brought my paint out to my truck which ive never had another store offer. “Great assistance with these folks. I love that I can return a year later and get the same kind of paint that I need to freshen up the house. There's always supplies that I need and always some kind of in-store special. Wait time might be slightly longer on some days, but that should be a good indicator of the trust built in the brand and with the service!”

“Very knowledgeable and professional. The owner greeted me and helped with everything I needed as well as gave me some other useful information. For being a owner run shop they carry a lot of things that the larger suppliers don’t. It was the only place that had a pressure gauge for my sprayer. They carry a lot in stock as well wether it’s paint, brushes, tool, sprayers, etc. Great place.”
