Customer service can't be better. Great people and really informative. Battery prices are far overpriced as most batteries are not new... "Most car batteries now are fixed up previously damaged batteries that get repaired and then get resold overpriced and under-warrantied as if new batteries"" in layman's terms and prices charged are far above new but warranty is below used. You don't get any real value with any car batteries and my battery wasn't even in stock anywhere at any store. I fixed mine myself.
Online shopping is pretty inaccurate as various items are not listed and cannot be priced or compared to anything, even to match what you may have.
THIS TO BE TRUE OF EVERY AUTOMOTIVE STORE I HAVE CHECKED AT ONLINE THEN WAS FORCED TO GO TO. EVERY PARTS STORE DOES IT. Things seem way overpriced... Almost price gauging high... Thinking I should be wearing a mask again and looking at others seeing if covid is back.
The car battery selection, just as all the parts stores as well, was poor. I have a standard Chevy 1500 conversion van all electric V8 2004 side post battery. Not one store in town, except Walmart... DON'T DO ANYTHING AUTOMOTIVE AT WALMART. I'M AN EX MECHANIC. THEY ARE NOT. THEY'RE NOT EVEN QUALIFIED TO WARRANTY THE CAR BATTERIES CATCHING THEM AND PROVING THEM LYING TO ME IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE WARRANTY ON THE BATTERY. that disrespects dying disabled people that are half paralyzed and will not warranty the 2nd bad cell battery that died in 2 months again forced me to do all the work 3 hours wait refused warranty because I put the charge on the battery to get there then the 2nd time they left me stranded by keeping me on the phone long enough until the service center closed telling me I had to bring it to them knowing them I would not get it jumped expecting me to walk... I was in the damn parking lot at Murphy's they know I'm dying and disabled half paralyzed.
Their warranty?? There isn't one!! And if you have a Walmart account online it's locked.

Had been in this particular store once before just for a negative battery cable that was Loose as the older red-headed gentleman if he could come out and take a look well he did but said I just need a new cables and he wouldn't even try to tighten them up for me so I went to a different O'Reilly's on 46th and the younger gentleman there was more than happy to just get his wrench and tighten it up took him 5 minutes. So today my radiator hose comes off and I need a new clip to hold it on so I go to O'Reilly's and ask the same gentleman if he wouldn't mind sliding my hose back on and putting a new clip on for me so I can make it home 5 miles down the road. The man replies to me no I'm sorry we can't do any kind of repair work meanwhile he has no customers he's just standing there behind the counter and refuses to help me so I can make it home without being stuck on the road yet again .horrible customer service at this place would not go. Instead I go right across the street to Advance Auto Parts and ask another gentleman if he wouldn't mind helping me get the hose back on and put a clip on for me and of course he said no problem went out there with a screwdriver put the hose back on tightened it up took him 2 minutes very wonderful customer service. I am a single woman who is just asking for simple things to be done and that gentleman at O'Reilly's is just rude and lazy and will not help you, so if you're a woman who needs some simple thing do not go there they will not help you. They have lost my business forever I will never buy parts or go there ever again. If I wasn't able to just drive across the street and get some other help, I would have had to sit in the O'Reilly's parking lot for 2 or 3 hours just so my boyfriend could come and hook the hose up for me just because this old man couldn't spare two minutes. Horrible, Horrible customer service. And the only reason I'm even giving it a one star is because I have to put something I would give any star rating. Plus I had bought the battery from them two days previously and had them install it and he still wouldn't tighten up the cables for me so even if you are a customer who purchases large priced items like $150 battery they still won't help you

I had a problem with the starting system on my old CJ7 while traveling. They had the parts I needed when I needed them. They were nice enough to let me take a battery outside to make sure it would fit in my battery tray before purchasing it.
