We had a good buying experience. Akai was great he listened to what we wanted and was helpful. He followed up days later to see how things were going with my new car. The experience was fast and easy. I highly recommend shopping at Nissan New Braunfels and ask for Akai. He will take care of you.

Excellent car dealership!!! After a few hours we walked out with a reliable car that my husband & I had our eyes set on. I highly recommending setting an appointment up with Rick Garza. Nissan of New Braunfels provided a kid friendly area where my kids were able to stay entertained & a snack area as well!

This dealership is scam of a dealer to represent Nissan as a brand. Avoid at all cost.

Cory Tidwell is an asset to Nissan. Refreshing experience to have someone knowledgeable, yet not pushy, who listens to what the client wants. He made our purchase clean, easy and painless. Thanks Cory! You will be highly recommended.

Here is yet another tale of why some dealerships, if closed would not be a bother to me.
When you go online and see a price or advertisement, you say “cool, let’s check it out”. This is a two trip story, one year apart.
Year One, 2023: online advertisement for Titan was: price and 0% for 60 months. Ok I say so me and my buddy went there to buy two trucks. Lo and behold, can’t get that price with the interest rate. Wait you say, sometimes there is a choice from the manufacturer. Yes, you are right. Normally it is more of a 500-1500 max difference but here, nooo. Try 10k. Oh but they did offer it if 30k was put down (hint, no I do not have bad credit and I didn’t get a credit check yet unless numbers work). Walked away, went to Cavender Nissan in San Marcos and Daniel did everything right and we bought two trucks.
Year 2, 2024: yet again, I see a pathfinder for my wife and say hmm. I tell my wife don’t get too excited due to 2023. We go there, test it out and say, let’s see the numbers. 38k advertised online. Because I would qualify for 1.9% interest, that’s a special rate and the price went to 45k. That price is the non special rate price, or the how much we can gouge you on the back end in interest. No thank you.
I 100% would not recommend this place to anyone serious about buying a Nissan. Take the extra 15 min drive as they will take care of you in Dan Marcos Or…do what I did in 2024, and go get Subaru the next weekend from North Park as they had the advertised price with the manufacturer’s offers. Huh. Go figure.
What made it worse is the manger. I was just trying to leave and boy was he pushy. “What’s wrong, what is stopping this deal”. I showed the website and got the explanation. 8k difference because I qualify and was asked, where are we supposed to make money.
I let last years debacle go but did speak to Nissan USA corporate but y'all need to just be aware at this point.

I bought my vehicle June 1. The sales rep Marco used high pressure sales tactics to get the deal by stating bank requires dealer add - ons like extended warranty, maintenance package, GPS and GAP to the total price of the vehicle since I have a big negative equity. Upon signing and getting home and reading the documents and verifying with the bank, I realized I was scammed. I called the bank to verify and I was told they do not require such things to close a deal and it is actually illegal to do. I call the vendor, Apex for the GAP , extended warranty and the GPS tracker and they informed me, they received my cancellation request timely and have issued the refund to the dealership so I should contact them of the refund. The dealership has refused to issue a refund to the lien holder or myself. Any attempt to contact them also proved futile. I have a complaint with CFPB and will be following suite with the attorney general office as well. My cancellation was done on June 6.

I had a very bad second experience dealing with a saleman by the name of Cory Tidwell. First off, he never responded to the email I sent him inquiring about a new nissan titan. He watched me walk in the door and did not even greet me upon coming in. Against my better judgement i decided i would give him another chance, also every other salesperson was busy. From the start he was very stand offish, and didn't seem interested in making a sale. The truck was listed at one price then that price was 13,000 more when we began to negotiate. He specifically mentioned offers/discounts were just to "get people in the door". That is shady and unprofessional in my opinion. He also mentioned one/all of the offers didn't apply, nissan loyalty customer, because I didnt currently own a titan (I sold it the day of coming in because I received more for sale than offered for trade in at this dealer) he knew who I was from test driving with him before, because he mentioned if i brought my titan with me, so he knew I was a nissan owner . After talking he wouldn't even try to negotiate or attempt to make a sale. Upon leaving, he did not get out of his chair to even shake my hand, thank me for coming in or even offer consolation for not being able to make a deal. I felt like he didn't think I could afford or wasn't going to buy so he didn't bother to put effort forth. I believe he may have even judged me based on my appearance. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I attempted to talk to a sales manager about this but was consistently told they weren't in or available. (Looking back on this, I know why Cory Tidwell never responded to my email, he didnt tjink he would make a sale because of the price offwr i mentioned in the email so he felt like it wasnt worth his time )I ended up purchasing a new titan platinum reserve from world car nissan at about $20,000 less and had a great experience. The only good experience I had with this dealership was the service department, that was directly due to Elliot Pfeil and his professional, friendly attitude. I will use them for service on my new truck since it is closer to my house and Elliot is there. Overall I wouldn't attempt to purchase from this dealer again.

I purchased my car at this dealership in 2020. They pushed a warranty called Nissan Platinum, which they said covered everything from rims and tires to windshield replacemnet and even paint. After calling their warranty department to get my windshield replaced I am notified this warranty only covers cracks 6 inches or under so the warranty is useless.
I also spoke to the accounts manager at this dealership directly before getting my tires replaced because the Austin dealer couldn't find my warranty info. He instructed me to go ahead and get the work done and I would get reimbursed after providing receipts of the work. After talking to the warranty center, they notify me that I had to file a claim first, therefore they will not reimburse me or cover ANY of the charges.
Clearly these people don't care about doing right by their customers and will say anything to upsell you. We purchased two vehicles here but apparently your loyalty to them doesn't matter.
I will never do business with them again and I suggest you read your paperwork thoroughly since they don't care much for being honest.

Pretty trashy place. Filter “Bait and Switch” on google reviews and things still haven’t changed despite the admin of this account they will use this a “learning opportunity”
Deegan Burns (salesman) said they will honor internet pricing but they don’t. They cry about not making money with online pricing. If you are crying about not making money why post online pricing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
