Rented a mini office for 3 years at this location. Even though all my rent was paid including late fees management refused to give me my deposit back. Not cool.

The Call Center is absolutely terrible. The man I spoke with about my account insisted I was 2 months behind in my rent and couldn't understand how I could pay 1 year in advance even though I explained it 3 times before i gave up. I finally just went in and spoke to the New Braunfels Manager who immediately saw that the call center guy didn't look at the YEAR. He just saw Sept 30 and assumed I was 2 months delinquent when, in fact, I am paid thru Sept 30 2024 not 2023.
Local staff is GREAT and always helpful! They get 5 stars.Call center staff is consistently clueless and get 0 stars.

The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and professional. I love the location of the property and have peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe and secure. I’ve been renting for a year now and I would highly recommend choosing from one of the many options New Braunfels Storage has to offer.

Very nice facility and really helpful people. The 3 stars is for the unreasonable increase in rent every year. I wouldn’t suggest keeping you stuff here for more than one year.

The folks that work here lived there very clean, and their security is over the top. They have a cool little system that up someone’s messing with your lock It’s not an app, but it will signal your phone to let you know what’s going on. And the folks that work there are extremely nice and I for one. I’ve never rented a storage unit before but I’m glad I came to this place.
