Beware! This company will damage your vehicle and steal your property. I took my 2023 Toyota Tundra (with less than 11k miles and never had an interior detail) to NB Prestige on Saturday, April 13 (8:30am appointment). I ordered the 1 year ceramic coating and interior clean for a total of $620. Low quality interior work done and decent exterior work.
Broken volume knob on my infotainment, oily streaks left in the screen, oily residue on all vinyl/leather surfaces, and food left in the bed. Not to mention the bed wasn't even sprayed with water.
Missing property:
1. Change
2. Ceramic liner for cup holders
3. Gap filler for front seats
4. Molle bags that were on the back of my passenger side seat covers
5. Hand sanitizer
I tried calling as soon as I picked up my vehicle to get these items resolved but they stopped answering their phone. If we can get these items resolved, I'll improve my rating.
Update (4/16/2024)
Spoke with the owner and they remedied the issues listed above. He was able to relocate the missing items and return them to me. For the damaged volume knob, he was able to source a replacement. Because of this, I am changing the rating to reflect the owner's effort to make things right.

I had my Chevy Silverado serviced here a while back and had pet hair. Told them if they can remove it and they said it’ll be extra, which was no problem. However when I received my truck back there was still pet hair all on my seats. Would never come back again

Paid them a fortune for a full auto detail inside and out. Asked them to clean the engine and the undercarriage and remove the seats to clean all around the floor and underneath the seats. Basically just got a car wash outside and wipe down inside. Didn’t clean the engine, undercarriage or remove the seats like I specifically asked but still charged me for all of it. Found someone on Craigslist that came out the same day and took care of all of it for me for a fraction of what this place charged me. Not the way to run a business. Definitely would not recommend prestige auto detailing!!!Services: Auto detailing

I took my truck down to Baja a few months ago. While taking some off road trails at speed, the trail got a bit narrow. My truck looked like I had taken sandpaper to it.Art and Candido at NB Prestige made my truck look like new again! I don’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else for a reason!
