I believe in supporting local businesses. I called and visited New Braunfels Mattress hoping to stand by that belief, but was not sure they could meet the price or the return and satisfaction guarantee policies that the bigger stores offered. I was wrong. They not only met those policies and price, but exceeded my expectations on selection, deals and customer service. I will only buy from New Braunfels Mattress going forward!

Although our town has been hit with tremendous growth. That friendly hometown feeling can still be found in our local family own businesses . This store is no exception, the minute you walk in, you are greeted with smiles, and their quality products will more than likely make you a customer for life .

Jay was very patience as I tried bad after bed. I finally made my decision. The mattress had to be ordered but it was delivered yesterday. A connection wasn’t included so when I called Jay he, personally brought the part. His delivery men were very courteous and helpful. Thanks.
